«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Օգոստոսի վերջին կառավարությունը որոշում կայացրեց, որի համաձայն, ՀՀ քաղաքացի հանդիսացող՝ ԽՍՀՄ ժողովրդական արտիստ, ժողովրդական նկարիչ և ժողովրդական ճարտարապետ կոչումներին արժանացած անձանց պատվովճարը 40000 դրամից դառնում է 100 000 դրամ։ Քանի որ իշխանությունները օրեր շարունակ այս թեման դարձրել էին «մատի փաթաթան», «Փաստը» որոշեց պարզել, թե ներկայումս քանի՞ ժողովրդական արտիստ, նկարիչ և ճարտարապետ է այս պատվովճարը ստանում:

Գրավոր հարցմամբ դիմեցինք ԿԳՄՍ նախարարություն, որտեղից ստացել ենք հետևյալ պատասխանը. «Մշակույթի ասպարեզում ԽՍՀՄ ժողովրդական արտիստ է միայն կոմպոզիտոր Հովհաննես Չեքիջյանը»: Ինչ վերաբերում է ճարտարապետներին, ապա նրանց վերաբերյալ տեղեկություն ստանալու համար նախարարությունից մեզ ուղղորդել էին Հայաստանի ճարտարապետների միություն: Իսկ նկարիչների մասին՝ ընդհանրապես ոչ մի խոսք: Այն, որ փաստացի նախարարությունը չի տիրապետում ոլորտային նույնիսկ այս պարզ տվյալներին, պարզապես արձանագրենք ու անցնենք առաջ:

Համապատասխան հարցմամբ դիմեցինք Հայաստանի ճարտարապետների միություն, որտեղից մեզ փոխանցեցին, որ այս պատվովճարից որևէ ճարտարապետ ներկայումս չի օգտվում: Հայաստանի նկարիչների միությունից ևս փոխանցեցին բառացի նույնը: Իհարկե, Մաեստոր Չեքիջյանի վաստակը խոնարհման է արժանի, նրա դեպքում նույնիսկ այդ պատվովճարն է չնչին: Սակայն անհասկանալի է, թե ի՞նչ իմաստ ուներ օրեր շարունակ թմբկահարել, որպես աննախադեպ մի երևույթ համարել որոշումը, որը փաստացի վերաբերում է մեկ անձի ու պետության համար, ըստ էության, ամսական ընդամենը 60 հազար դրամի հավելյալ ծախս է ենթադրում:
