POLITICS2000-ականների մեկնարկից Ադրբեջանը հայտարարում է, որ ինքը պատրաստվում է ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծել Ղարաբաղի հարցը, Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի հետ ժամանակ հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
«Երբ որ քննիչ հանձնաժողովը կձևավորվի, կտեսնեք այնտեղ պարբերաբար այդ գնահատականը, որ պատերազմի հավանականություն կա, այսինքն՝ այդտեղ գաղտնիք չկա, այո, պատերազմի տեղը և ժամը չենք իմացել», -նշեց նա:
Վարչապետը, դիմելով իրեն հարց ուղղած ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Գեղամ Մանուկյանին, կոչ արեց խոսել ոչ միայն իր հակասությունների մասին, այլև հենց իրենց՝ ընդդիմադիրների:
«Դուք ասում եք՝ ինչո՞ւ պատերազմը շուտ չեք կանգնեցրել՝ իմանալով, որ պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու ձևը ձեր նշած տարածքներից հրաժարումն էր, հիմա որտե՞ղ ենք ճիշտ արել ու ո՞րն ենք սխալ արել: Ես այն ժամանակ էլ եմ ասել՝ երբ Սյունիքի հատվածների մասին խոսում ենք, ես հարց եմ տալիս՝ բայց այդտե՞ղ են եղել ադրբեջանցիները ինչ-որ ժամանակ առաջ, բա ո՞նց են հասել այդտեղ, երբ որ ասում են այդ 10 կիլոմետրը չզիջեիք ու մենք կպաշտպանեինք, բայց դրանից առաջ 50 կիլոմետր է եղել չէ՞, պաշտպանեինք բա, ես նկատի ունեմ՝ այդտեղ էլ հակասություն կա՝ մեկ ասում են՝ ինչու շուտ չէիք պատերազմը կանգնեցնելու որոշումը կայացրել, մեկ ասում են՝ ինչու եք որոշում կայացրել կանգնեցնել», - ասաց վարչապետը:
Նա նշեց, թե անձամբ է գնացել Սյունիքի մարզ ու դրել է խնդիր Սյունիքի ինքնպաշտպանության ջոկատներ ձևավորելու հարցը, հրավիրել է նաև այն ժամանակ նախկին, իսկ հիմա Գլխավոր շտաբի գործող պետին, որ կազմակերպչական աշխատանքներ իրականացվի:
«Էդ որտեղ է գրված, որ այդ 10 կիլոմետրի 90 տոկոսը դրանից առաջ գտնվող չեն կարողացել պաշտպանել, հենց էդ վերջին կտորը պետք է պաշտպանենք», - ասաց նա:
Փաշինյանը նշեց, թե երբ Հայաստանը բանակցել է տասը և ավելի տարի, հստակ արձանագրվել է, որ Զանգելանի, Ղուբաթլուի, մյուս շրջանները պետք է վերադարձվեն Ադրբեջանին:
«Ես ասում եմ՝ այդ Զանգելանի ու Ղուբաթլուի սահմանը հայկական կողմի պատկերացմամբ որտեղո՞վ էր անցնելու. դա արտահայտել է հայկական կողմի պատկերացումը Վարչատարծքային բաժանման մասին օրենքի մեջ, որ Շուռնուխի վարչական տարածքից այն կողմ ադրբեջանական սահման է, ի՞նչն է բարդ իմ ասածի մեջ, որը չի ընկալվում», - ընդգծեց Փաշինյանը:
