«Ուզում եմ ներողություն խնդրել»․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ «գունագեղ տոնակատարության» մասին
POLITICSԱզգային ժողով-կառավարություն հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 15-ին, պատգամավոր Գեղամ Նազարյանը հարց ուղղեց վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ խոսելով Անկախության օրը սպասվող տոնակատարության ու անհետ կորած զինծառայողների խնդրով զբաղվող գերատեսչության բացակայության մասին։
«Երկու շաբաթ առաջ այստեղ, այս նույն դահլիճում մենք հանդիպում էինք անհետ կորած տղերքի և գերության մեջ գտնվող տղաների մոտ 50 ծնողների հետ։ Այդ հանդիպման ժամանակ մենք բոլորս արձանագրեցինք, որ մինչև հիմա նույնիսկ միջգերատեսչական հանձնաժողով, անգամ ոչ միջգերատեսչական, հանձնաժողով չկա, որը զբաղվի անհետ կորած տղաների հարցերով։ Երկու շաբաթ է անցել, կրկին չկա այդ հանձնաժողովն ու անհետ կորած տղաների ծնողները նույն պատերին ու պատնեշներին են բախվում։ Հիմա ի՞նչն է պատճառը, որ այս ամիսների ընթացքում լուրջ մարմին չստեղծվեց՝ անհետ կորած զբաղվելու։ Գուցե պատճառը նա է, որ այդ տղաների ծնողները խանգարում են, որ գունագեղ շոուներն ավելի շատ լինեն։
Միթե այս իրավիճակում, երբ ունենք գերիներ, ունենք անհետ կորած տղաներ, Եռաբլուրում ունենք թարմ շիրիմներ, այս իրավիճակում միթե ավելի ընդունելի ձև չկար Անկախության օրը նշելու, քան փայտով տղերքի ծնողների սիրտը փորփրելն էր գունագեղ շուով, որը նվիրված է զոհված տղերքին։ Միգուղե այդ խնդիրների փոխարեն զբաղվելու փոխարեն անհետ կորածների հարցերով հանձնաժողով ստեղծեինք, 2 միլիոնն էլ հատկացնեինք, որ ավելի լավ զբաղվեր»,-ասաց Գեղամ Նազարյանը։
Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ վերջին ամիսներին տասնյակ հանդիպումներ են ունեցել անհետ կորած զինծառայողների հարազատների հետ, և այդ հանդիպումները չեն լուսաբանվել։ «Անհետ կորածների հարցով զբաղվող մարմին կա և ես անհետ կորածների հարազատներին ասել եմ, որ ես ինքս եմ այդ հարցերը համակարգում և մեր պետական մարմիններն ամենաբարձր մակարդակով զբաղվում են այդ հարցով»,-նշեց նա։
Փաշինյանը նաև անդրադարձավ Անկախության օրվան նվիրված սպասվող տոնակատարությանը․
«Ինչ վերաբերում է գունագեղ և Անկախության օրվան նվիրված միջոցառումներին, ես նախ ուզում եմ ներողություն խնդրել բոլոր այն մարդկանցից, ում զգացմունքները որևէ կերպ վիրավորել կամ խոցել եմ նման ձևակերպմամբ, բայց ես ասել եմ, որ մեր տրամադրությունը, ցավոք սրտի տոնական չէ, բայց նաև կա այլ խնդիր՝ ՀՀ-ն 30 տարեկան է և եթե մենք այդ միջոցառումն անենք ՀՀ դրոշներով, իսկ պետական տոնը պետք է նշվի դրոշներով, տեսեք՝ մեր դրոշի գույները շատ վառ գույներ են և ես չեմ կարծում, որ մենք պետք է չեղարկենք դրոշի գույները»,-նշեց նա՝ այլ մանրամասներ ևս ներկայացնելով։
