INTERNATIONAL NEWSԹուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի պաշտպանության նախարարները Թուրքիայի Քոնիա քաղաքում ներկա են գտնվել իրենց ռազմաօդային ուժերի «TURAZ բազե 2021» զորավարժությունների շրջանակներում անցկացվող միջոցառմանը, գրում է ermenihaber.am-ը։
Թուրքիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Հուլուսի Աքարը ելույթ է ունեցել՝ անդրադառնալով թուրք-ադրբեջանական զորավարժությունների կարևորությանը, երկկողմ հարաբերություններին և Հայաստանից ունեցած սպասելիքներին:
Աքարը զորավարժությունների մասին խոսելիս նշել է, որ դրանք մի կողմից վախ են ներշնչում իրենց թշնամիներին, մյուս կողմից ոգևորում են եղբայրներին ու բարեկամներին: Ընդգծել է, որ Ադրբեջանի դեմ յուրաքանչյուր սպառնալիք Թուրքիան ընկալում է որպես իր դեմ ուղղված սպառնալիք:
Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ Աքարը խոսել է նաև արցախյան 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո գործարկված ռուս-թուրքական մշտադիտարկման կենտրոնի գործունեության և Ադրբեջանի վերահսկողության տակ անցած տարածքներում Թուրքիայի՝ Ադրբեջանին ցուցաբերվող աջակցության մասին.
«Հաջողությամբ ավարտված ռազմական գործողությունից հետո հիմնված համատեղ կենտրոնում Թուրքիայի զինուժը և ռուս զինվորականները միասին ծառայություն են իրականացնում՝ հետևում են հրադադարին, միասին ջանքեր են գործադրում հրադադարը մնայուն դարձնելու համար: Միաժամանակ Թուրքիայի զինուժն իր հնարավորությունների սահմաններում ջանքեր է գործադրել և գործադրում ինքնաշեն պայթուցիկների հայտնաբերման, վնասազերծման ու ականազերծման գործում»:
Աքարի դիտարկամամբ՝ Թուրքիայի և Ադրբեջանի միջև կնքված «Շուշիի հռչակագիրը» ցույց է տալիս երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության առկա մակարդակը ու սահմանում հարաբերությունների հետագա զարգացման ճանապարհային քարտեզը:
Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ Աքարը հետևյալ շեշտադրումներն է արել. «Կարևոր է, որ մեր հարգարժան նախագահի և պարոն Ալիևի կողմից Հայաստանին մեկնված խաղաղության ձեռքը, խաղաղության հասնելու համար արված առաջարկը ստանա փոխադարձ արձագանք: Թեև առ այսօր, ցավոք, որևէ պատասխան չի ստացվել, բայց կան որոշ նշույլներ: Մեր նպատակն է, որ կողմերը ապրեն խաղաղ, ապահով և բարեկեցիկ: Հույս ունենք, որ Հայաստանը կենթարկվի հրադադարին, որևէ սխալ չի անի, և տարածաշրջանում հրադադարը կդառնա մնայուն և կապահովվի կայունությունը»:
