VIDEOԱյս ընթացքում գործընթացների մշտադիտարկումը ինձ հուշում է, որ հավանաբար հողերի հանձնումը շարունակվելու է հատվածային, դե ֆակտո արդեն իրողություն դարձած նման դրսևորումներով։ Այս մասին Ազգային ժողովում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցությունից Հայկ Մամիջանյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Որոտանի հատվածում ադրբեջանական ոստիկանական կետի տեղակայմանը։
«Այսինքն՝ ճանապարհն այնպես է կառուցվելու, որ որոշ հայկական գյուղեր դուրս մնան այդ ճանապարհից և դատարկվեն։ Հանրությունը, մենք պետք է ուշադիր լինենք, որ գաղտնի պայմանավորվածության և փաստի առաջ չկանգնացնեն երկիրը, ինչը տեղի է ունենում հիմա»,–ասաց նա։
Ինչ վերաբերում է իշխանության արձագանքին՝ այդ ոստիկանական կետի վերաբերյալ, Հայկ Մամիջանյանն ասաց, որ իշխանության արձագանքն ավելի լավ է չլինի, քանի որ ինչ-որ ասում են, ավելի շատ վնասելու է երկրին, և իրենք կա՛մ չեն հասկանում, կա՛մ հասկանալով են ասում։ «Այսինքն՝ այն բոլոր խոցելի կետերը, որոնք առաջանում են մեր երկրի արտաքին քաղաքականության համար, այն պատճառով է, որ Էդուարդ Աղաջանյանն ասում է՝ Խորհրդային Ադրբեջանի տարածք է, դրա տակից դուրս չենք գալու»,–ասաց նա։
Մամիջանյանը նշեց, որ խորհրդային քարտեզները պետք է հստակեցվեն, քանի որ դա մեկ քարտեզ չէ, այլ տարբեր տարիներին եղել են տարբեր քարտեզներ, և մեր երկրի արտաքին դիվանագիտական բոլոր օղակները պետք է ունենան այն գրագիտություն, որ կարողանան որպես հիմք օգտագործել այն քարտեզը, որը Հայաստանի համար ավելի ընդունելի է, ավելի իրական է ցույց տալիս մեր հողերը։
