SOCIETYՀՀ հարավ-արևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված մարտական հենակետերից մեկում հրաձգության հետևանքով զոհված պահեստազորի սպա Մկրտիչ Հովակյանը ծնվել է 1978 թվականին։ Նա ամուսնացած էր, երեք երեխայի հայր։ «Փաստինֆո»-ին տեղեկությունը հայտնեց Մկրտիչի ընկերը՝ Սարգիսը։
«Ամուսնացած էր, ունի երեք երեխա, հայր, մայր։ Լավ ընտանիք ուներ, ազգին պիտանի տղա էր, հայրենիքի համար էլ շատ բան է արել։ Սպորտի մեջ մեծ ներդրում ուներ։ Ոսկի անձնավորություն, ոսկի տղա։ Մեր երկրում կորցրեցինք ևս մեկ ոսկի անձնավորություն»։
43-ամյա Մկրտիչը, ինչպես և որդին մասնակցել են 44-օրյա պատերազմին և ծանր վիրավորվել։ Ապաքինվելուց հետո շարունակել է պաշտպանել հայրենիքը։
«Որդին ժամկետային զինծառայող է, կանտուզիա տարած տղա է։ Երկար կարելի է պատմել Մկրտիչի մասին»։
Սպան Հայաստանի «Դուքենդո» ֆեդերացիայի սան էր, Վայքի տարածքի Դուքենդոյի ղեկավարը։
Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին, ժամը 22:00-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ հարավ-արևելյան ուղղությամբ տեղակայված մարտական հենակետերից մեկում, նախնական տվյալներով` մարտական ծառայության կազմակերպման կանոնների խախտման հետևանքով մահացու հրազենային վիրավորում է ստացել պահեստազորի սերժանտ, 1978թ. ծնված Մկրտիչ Սերյոժայի Հովակյանը։
