INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱմերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգները, որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ, շարունակում է հավատարիմ մնալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության տևական և քաղաքական կարգավորմանը՝ համոզված լինելով, որ միայն հիմնախնդրի համապարփակ լուծումը կարող է կարգավորել Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի հարաբերությունները: «Արմենպրես»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան այս մասին ասացին Հայաստանում Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպանությունից՝ արձագանքելով Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայության վարչության պետ Լեյլա Աբդուլաևայի հայտարարությանը:
«Որպես Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ, մենք շարունակում ենք հավատարիմ մնալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության տևական ու քաղաքական կարգավորմանը։ Այդ նպատակին հասնելու համար կոչ ենք անում Հայաստանին և Ադրբեջանին հնարավորինս շուտ վերադառնալ բովանդակային քննարկումների՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հովանու ներքո: Միայն համապարփակ լուծումը, որն անդրադառնում է բոլոր չլուծված խնդիրներին, կարող է կարգավորել երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունները և թույլ տալ տարածաշրջանի բնակիչներին միասին ապրել խաղաղ պայմաններում», - «Արմենպրես»-ին փոխանցել են Միացյալ Նահանգների դեսպանությունից:
Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարության խոսնակ Լեյլա Աբդուլաևան, թուրքական «Yeni Şafak»-ի հաղորդմամբ, մեկնաբանել էր Հայաստանում Միացյալ Նահանգների արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Լին Թրեյսիի՝ սեպտեմբերի 11-ին լրագրողներին տված այն մեկնաբանությունը, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները լուծված չի համարում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հարցը:
«30 տարվա պատերազմի և լարվածության իրավիճակը չի կարող հանգուցալուծվել մեկ գիշերվա ընթացքում: Այդուհանդերձ, մենք հասկանում ենք, որ կան որոշ հիմնախնդիրներ, որոնք պետք է լուծվեն, և դրանցից մեկը, ինչպես նախկինում եմ ասել, այն է, որ մենք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակը որոշված չենք համարում և հետևաբար կշարունակենք պահել այդ հարցը Մինսկի խմբի օրակարգում», - լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասել էր ԱՄՆ դեսպանը:
