Ինչպիսին է գանգստեր Ալ Կապոնեի առանձնատունը, որը մտադիր են քանդել (լուսանկարներ)
PHOTOԱյս առանձնատունը 20 տարի պատկանել է ամերիկացի գանգստեր Ալ Կապոնեին, որտեղ էլ նա 1947 թվականին մահացել է սրտի կաթվածից: 2021 թվականին նոր սեփականատերը մտածում է տունը քանդելու և դրա փոխարեն նորը կառուցելու մասին, գրում է Daily Star-ը:
Այս ամառ Մայամի Բիչում գտնվող առանձնատունը, որը 1928-1947 թվականներին պատկանում էր հայտնի գանգստեր Ալ Կապոնեին, վաճառվել է 10,75 մլն դոլարով: Չնայած տան մեծությանն ու պատմությանը, նոր սեփականատերերը մտադիր են այն քանդել: Հանցագործի տան տեղում լինելու է երկհարկանի տուն՝ ութ ննջասենյակով ու լոգասենյակով, ինչպես նաև ջակուզի և շոգեբաղնիք:
Առանձնատան նոր սեփականատերերից մեկի խոսքով՝ շենքը մեծ վնասներ է կրել ջրհեղեղներից, և դրան նայելն անգամ արդեն դժվար է:
«Տունը վերածվել է կղանքի կտորի: Ամոթ է Մայամիի լողափի համար: Իմ կարծիքով, այստեղ հիանալու բան չկա: Տունը չարժե խնայել, քանի որ դրա ժամկետն արդեն անցել է: Այն արդեն հարյուր տարեկան է»,- ասել է Թոդ Գլեյզերը:
Այնուամենայնիվ, ոչ բոլորն են համաձայն տան սեփականատերերի հետ: Այսպիսով, Miami Design Preservation League-ի գործադիր տնօրեն Դանիել Սիրալդոն վստահ է, որ առանձնատունը պետք է վերականգնվի, քանի որ այն քաղաքի պատմության մի մասն է, ինչպիսին էլ որ այն լինի:
«Նա, իհարկե, սուրբ չէր: Բայց միևնույն ժամանակ, մենք վստահ ենք, որ նրա տունը մեր քաղաքի պատմության մի մասն է` լավ, վատ և զզվելի: Եվ մենք խիստ կասկածում ենք, որ այն հնարավոր է քանդել»,- ասել է Սիրալդոն:
Ալ Կապոնեն տունը գնել է 1928 թվականին 40,000 դոլարով և օգտագործել այն որպես միջոցառումների առանձնատուն: Նա շքեղ երեկույթներ է կազմակերպել լողավազանում:
«Բայց պետք է խոստովանել. հազիվ թե Ալ Կապոնեն առանձնակի վերաբերմունք ունենար տան նկատմամբ: Գանգստերի մահից մի քանի տարի անց նրա կինը՝ Մեյը, վաճառել է անշարժ գույքը: Դրանից հետո առանձնատունը մեկ անգամ չէ, որ փոխել է սեփականատերերին»,- գրում է պարբերականը:
