Արմեն Աշոտյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝

Մի քանի ամիս առաջ քննարկվում էր Իրանում Հնդկաստանի դեսպանի հայտարարությունը առ այն, որ Հնդկաստանը ծրագրում է Հնդկական օվկիանոսը Եվրասիայի հետ կապել Հայաստանի տարածքով՝ ստեղծելով «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջանցքը (նկար 1)։
 
Հատկապես ակտիվ էր իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան, որը, ջուրը չտեսած, մերկացավ ու սկսեց տարանցիկ դրախտի պատկերներ արտադրել ու տարածել։
Հողատուների հաշվարկը պարզ էր. մի կողմից պետք է ամեն կերպ սղցնել տարածաշրջանային ապաշրջափակման հայանպաստ լինելու բլեֆը, մյուս կողմից՝ նրանք «հաճելի եւ դրական» լուրերի կարիքն ունեն երկրի կորուստներն ու ցավը քողարկելու համար։
 
Պարզվում է, որ Հնդկաստանը լրջորեն վերանայում է իր աշխարհաքաղաքական եւ աշխարհատնտեսական ռազմավարությունը եւ սկսում է կենտրոնանալ մեկ այլ նախագծի վրա՝ India Arab-Med Corridor ( քարտեզ 2)։
 
Սույն նախագիծը շրջանցելու է Հարավային Կովկասը եւ բաղկացած է լինելու հետեւյալ հատվածներից՝ Մումբայի նավահանգիստ- ԱՄԷ- Սաուդյան Արաբիա-Հորդանան-Իսրայել կապող երկաթգծից-Խայֆայի նավահանգիստ-հունական Պիրեյ նավահանգիստ։
Այս նախագիծը հնարավոր դարձավ Էմիրաթների եւ Իսրայելի միջեւ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման շնորհիվ եւ հանդիսանում է հնդկական պատասխանը չինական «Ճանապարհ եւ Գոտի նախաձեռնությանը»՝ BRI։
 
Արդյունքում արձանագրենք, որ Հարավային Կովկասում կոմունիկացիոն ապաշրջափակումը Հայաստանի համար ենթադրում է գլոբալ բարիքների բացակայություն՝ ազգային շահերի զիջման ֆոնին։
