Օտտո Բիսմարկը հայտնի խոսք ուներ: Ասում էր՝ «Հեղափոխությունը պատրաստում են հանճարները, իրականացնում են ֆանատիկները, իսկ պտուղները վայելում են անցորդները»:
Կարևորելով քաղաքականության ու առհասարակ պետականաշինության մեջ սեփական պատմությունը գործով կերտելու խորիմաստությունը՝ կցանկանայի, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքական օրակարգը ձևավորողները, առանց բացառության, մի պահ մտածեին երկու հարցի շուրջ՝ 
1. Արդյո՞ք հասել են քաղաքական մշակույթի այն մակարդակին, որպեսզի ինքնահռչակվեն քաղաքական հանճարներ, անգամ ֆանատիկներ և համոզեն մարդկանց, որ իրենք են այն սպասված լիդերները, ովքեր պիտի հեղափոխեն Հայաստանի սոցիալ-քաղաքական կյանքը: Պարոնայք, չե՞ք կարծում, որ 25 տարին բավական երկար ժամանակ էր, որպեսզի ձեր սպասված լինելն ապացուցեիք գործով:
2. 25 տարի շարունակ քաղաքական օրակարգը տեղավորված է եղել մի պարզ ձևաչափի մեջ՝ պայմանավորվածություններ քաղաքական կուլիսներում, մեկ օրյա քվեարկության ակտ, որը պարտադիր կեղծված է և «հանուն արդարության վերականգնման» հետքվեարկյա, մարդկանց քանակի օր օրի նվազմամբ հանրահավաքներ Ազատության հրապարակում, որտեղ մսխվեց փոխզսպող-հակակշռող քաղաքացու էներգիան: Քաղաքական պայքարի ձևաչափը խեղդվեց ոչինչ չասող ու ի սկզբանե փակուղի տանող տերմինաբանությամբ՝ անցնցում, անարյուն հեղափոխություն, վերջերս՝ խաղաղ անհնազանդություն, և որին մշտապես հակադարձվեց պատերազմող երկիր լինելու, երկրի ներքին անվտանգության պահպանման դասական թեզը, որտեղ բնականաբար իշխանական ռեսուրսը մրցակիցը չունի ոչ մի տեղ և ոչ մի դեպքում: 
Հետևաբար, քաղաքական մշակույթի պակասը դեռ մի կողմ, պարոնայք, եթե արդար է ձեր պայքարը, ապա ինչու՞ ջանասիրաբար փորձել հոշոտել մեկին, ով հետևում ունենալով 25 տարիների որդեգրված ճանապարհի անպտղությունը, փորձ է անում խնդիրների լուծումը գտնել այլ ձևաչափերի ու մոդելների մեջ: Ինչ է՞ սա, եթե ոչ իրականությունը շրջանցող, անձնական շահով դրդված դաշտը առողջ մտածելակերպից հեռու պահելուն միտված պարզունակ մարտավարություն:

Երնեկ նրան, ով իր գործով կապրի հավերժ, անդադար» (Հովհաննես Թումանյան)
Եվ վերջում՝ արժեք ստեղծելու գործի կեսը այդ արժեքն արդեն իսկ կրող անհատն է, լուսավոր ներկա ու վստահելի ապագա կերտելու միակ ելքը՝ սեփական միտքն ու վարքը լուսավորելը: Եթե ինքդ այդ արժեհամակարգի կրողը չես, ավելին, զբաղված ես հեքիաթների մեջ հաճախ հանդիպող «վատ նազիր-վեզիրյան» ծառայամտությամբ, ապա բովանդակազուրկ են բոլոր ձեռնարկումներդ, անհաջողության դատապարտված, իսկ դիմացինին վարկաբեկելու նպատակներդ կռահելի են ու չափազանց պարզունակ:
