Ամանորին ընդառաջ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ի.Ալիևը նվեր մատուցեց սեփական ժողովրդին...Ադրբեջանի Կենտրոնական Բանկը որոշել է էլ չպաշտպանել ալամ աշխարհի ամենակարևոր դրամական միջոցը՝մանաթն արժեզրկումից...Առավոտյան երկրի գլխավոր ֆինանսական հաստատությունը հայտարարեց,որ մանաթը անցնում է "լողացող" փոխարժեքի,որը պետք է բացահայտի նրա իրական արժեքը...Այս գործին միացան նաև ալիևյան տնտեսագետները,որոնք արդեն հասկացնում են ազերի հասարակությանը,որ մեկ դոլլարն այսուհետ կարժենա 3-5 մանաթ,այն դեպքում,երբ հիմա մեկ դոլլարի դիմաց ազերին վճարում էր 1-1,05 մանաթ...Այս պահի դրությամբ մանաթը դոլլարի նկատմամբ արժեզրկվել է 48%-ով...
Ինչպես հաղորդում են ազերիական ԶԼՄ-ները Բաքվում փակվել են էլեկտրատեխնիկա վաճառող խանութները,իսկ մթերային խանութներում դադարեցվել են արտերկրից՝հիմնականում ՌԴ-ից,Ուկրաինայից և Լիտվայից ներկրած սննդամթերքի վաճառքը...Ազերիական մի քանի ԶԼՄ-ներ էլ հաղորդում են,որ Բաքվում և երկրի այլ քաղաքներում շատ խանութներ առավոտվանից չեն էլ բացվել...Ժողովուրդը խուճապի մեջ է...
Հ.Գ.Հիշեցնեմ,որ փետրվարին Ադրբեջանի կառավարության նախաձեռնությամբ մանաթն արժեզրկվեց 34%-ով...Ըստ անկախ տնտեսագետների ադրբեջանական մանաթն աշխարհի առաջին արժությն է,որը մեկ տարվա մեջ արժեզրկվել է արդեն 98%-ով...Ու սա ընդամենը պաշտոնական տվյալներն են...
Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ի.Ալիևը Բեռնից վերադառնալով նախաամանորյա նվեր մատուցեց ազերևիներին՝գրպանելով նրանց աշխատած վերջին գրոշները...Իսկ Նոր տարուց հետո նվերի մատուցման գործընթացը շարունակվելու է՝մանաթը "նիհարելու" ևս է մի քանի անգամ,քան այսօր...
