ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ կրկին կուսակցաշինական բում է նկատվում, վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում երեք-չորս կուսակցություն է գրանցման հայտ ներկայացրել արդարադատության նախարարություն։ Խոշորացված համայնքներում ընտրություններն անցկացվելու են համամասնական ընտրակարգով, այսինքն՝ որեւէ անհատ, անկուսակցական անձ, թեկուզ գյուղում շատ հարգված նախկին համայնքապետ, չի կարող միայնակ առաջադրվել, պետք է կուսակցության ցուցակ գլխավորի։
Օրինակ, այսօր Արարատի մարզի «Արարատ» ռեստորանային համալիրի հանդիսությունների սրահում տեղի է ունենալու «Օրենք եւ արդարություն» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարը, սեպտեմբերի 12-ին Արագածոտնի մարզի Բյուրական համայնքում գտնվող «Օջախ» ռեստորանային համալիրի հանդիսությունների սրահում էլ «Ամբերդ» անունով ազգայնական կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարն է նախատեսված, հոկտեմբերի 5-ին «Էլիտ Պլազայում» նշանակված է «Քրիստոնեասոցիալական միություն» կուսակցության հիմնադիր համագումարը։
Սրանք ՏԻՄ-երին մասնակցության հայտեր են։ Քաղաքական շրջանակների հետ մեր զրույցներից պարզ է դառնում, որ ընտրություններին մասնակցելու նպատակով շատերն են մտադիր կուսակցություն հիմնել։ Մարդիկ, որոնք հեղինակություն եւ սեր են վայելում իրենց համայնքներում, չեն ուզում ո՛չ ներկաների, ո՛չ նախկինների հետ պայքարի դուրս գալ։
