«Արցախում տեղակայված ռուս խաղաղապահների եւ ադրբեջանցիների հարաբերությունները գնալով սրվում են։ Վերջին շրջանում ադրբեջանցիներն ամենօրյա ռեժիմով սադրանքների են գնում՝ Շուշիի հատվածում ճանապարհն են փակում, խախտում են հրադադարի ռեժիմը՝ անկանոն կրակ բացելով, երբեմն նաեւ Ստեփանակերտի ուղղությամբ։ Արցախի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, ադրբեջանական կողմը պլանավորված է սադրում՝ փորձելով ցույց տալ, որ դրության տերն իրենք են, խաղաղապահները ժամանակավոր են եւ խաղաղություն չեն հաստատում։ Մեր աղբյուրի կարծիքով՝ նրանց առջեւ կանաչ լույս են վառում Արցախի եւ ՀՀ իշխանությունները, որոնք չեն արձագանքում այդ սադրանքներին, հաղորդագրություններ չեն տարածում հրադադարի ռեժիմը խախտելու մասին, նոտաներ չեն հղում, միջադեպերի վրա չեն հրավիրում միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը։

Վերջերս էլ Շուշի տանող ճանապարհի սկզբում ադրբեջանցիները տեխնիկա են կենտրոնացրել՝ իբրեւ թե ճանապարհն են սարքում։ Մի քանի ժամ փակված է եղել Ստեփանակերտ տանող ճանապարհը, լուրը հասել է խաղաղապահներին։ Ռուստամ Մուրադովը կապ է հաստատել ադրբեջանցի պարետի հետ, ով պատասխանել է, թե՝ լավ ենք անում, մեր ճանապարհը չէ՞, ինչ կուզենք, կանենք։ Մուրադովը 2 ԲՏՌ է ուղարկել «դեպքի վայր» եւ հրահանգել ադրբեջանական տեխնիկան ոչնչացնել։ Այդպես էլ արել են՝ ճանապարհը փակած տրակտորը հրել-գցել են ձորը։ Հիշեցնենք, որ Մուրադովի ծառայության ժամկետը լրացել է, նրան, մեր տեղեկություններով, կփոխարինի գեներալ-մայոր Միխայիլ Կոսոբոկովը»,-գրում է թերթը։
