Հոկտեմբերի 20-ին Կովսականում զանգվածային սպանություններ են տեղի ունեցել. զինվորներին կապել են մեքենաներից և քաշել, կտրել են սպանված զինծառայողների ականջները

Եղել են դեպքեր, երբ քաղաքացիական անձ գերուն ծեծի են ենթարկել և խոշտանգել այնքան, որ այդ մարդը խցում մահացել է և մարմինը մի քանի օր մնացել է խցում։ Այս մասին Ադրբեջանում պահվող գերներիների իրավունքների խախտումների վերաբերյալ զեկույցը ներկայացնելիս հայտարարեց ՀՀ ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը՝ հավելով, որ այդ տեղեկությունը տրամադրել է տարեց մարդ։
Հատկապես դաժան են վերաբերվել այն զինծառայողների հետ, ովքեր մասնակցել են 2016 թվականի ապրիլյան պատերազմին կամ արցախյան առաջին պատերազմին։
«Ծեծելով, խոշտանգելով՝ ստացել են այդպիսի տեղեկություններ և դրա հիման վրա էլ ենթարկել են այդպիսի դաժան վերաբերմունքի: 20-ամյա ռազմագերիներից մեկին ստիպել են հագնել կանացի հագուստ, ենթարկել են նվաստացման։ Եղել են դեպքեր, երբ մարդկանց խոշտանգել են հանրության առաջ՝ քաղաքացիական անձանց ներգրավվելով։ Օրինակ, հիվանդանոցներում անցնող-դարձողները թքել են ռազմագերու վրա, ծեծել, բռնություն են գործադրել, և այդ ամենն արվել է հատուկ ծառայության աշխատակցի ներկայությամբ»,-մանրամասնեց Արման Թաթոյանը։
Նա անդրադարձավ նաև Կովսականում զանգվածային սպանություններին։ Ըստ նրա՝ Կովսականում դաժանություններ իրականացրած ադրբեջանցի զինծառայողներն այսօր ներկա են Սյունիքի համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին:
«Հոկտեմբերի 20-ին Կովսականում, երբ Կապանից դեպի Կովսական 61 հայ զինծառայող է մեկնել, դաժանություններ են տեղի ունեցել. փոխհրաձգություն է տեղի ունեցել, ինչի հետևանքով սպանվել են հայ զինծառայողներ, մի մասը փրկվել է, մի մասը՝ գերեվարվել և բռնի անհետացել։ Դաժանությունները տեղի են ունեցել ոչ միայն կենդանի անձանց, այլ նաև՝ մարմինների մասերի նկատմամբ։ Կան լուսանկարներ, որտեղ երևում է, որ կոնկրետ կտրում են սպանված զինծառայողների ականջները։ Դրանք Ադրբեջանի սահմանապահ ծառայության ծառայողներն են իրականացրել», - մանրամասնեց նա։
