VIDEOԱյսօր կառավարության նիստին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը խոսեց կառավարության հնգամյա ծրագրից և ընդգծեց, որ այդ ծրագրի համաձայն՝ սահմանակից երկրների հետ հարաբերությունների խորացումը կամ կարգավորումը կառավարության արտաքին քաղաքականության կարևոր ուղղություններից է լինելու։
Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ վարչապետ վերանշանակվելուց հետո արդեն հասցրել է լինել Իրանում և այսօր էլ մեկնում է Վրաստան։
«Մեզ համար չափազանց կարևոր է նաև երկաթուղային կապի հաստատումը ՌԴ–ի և Իրանի հետ, այս խնդիրը լուծելու համար ՀՀ, Ռուսաստան, Ադրբեջան եռակողմ ձևաչափով քննարկում ենք կոմունիկացիաների վերաբացման հարցը։ Այստեղ մենք վճռական ենք ջանքեր գործադրել կոնկրետ արդյունքների հասնելու համար՝ գիտակցելով, որ Ադրբեջանն էլ իր հերթին ակնկալում է հաղորդակցություն ստանալ իր արևմտյան շրջանների և Նախիջևանի միջև։ Մենք տրամադրված ենք վերականգնել խաղաղ գործընթացը Ադրբեջանի հետ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահության շրջանակում»,–ասաց նա և կարևորեց Ադրբեջանի հետ սահմանազատում և սահմանագծում իրականացնելը, նաև նշեց, որ շարունակում են դրա համար անհրաժեշտ պայմաններ ստեղծել։ Նա կարևորեց նաև գերիների վերադարձը։
«Հայաստանի հետ հարաբերությունների հարցին հրապարակային անդրադարձ է կատարել Թուրքիայի նախագահը, այդ հայտարարություններում մենք տեսնում ենք Հայաստան–Թուրքիա հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու, հայ-թուրքական երկաթուղին և ճանապարհները վերագործարկելու մասին խոսելու հնարավորություն, և մենք պատրաստ ենք նման խոսակցության, որը վերը նկարագրված ֆոնին կարող է ավելի լայն համատեքստ ստանալ։ Մեծ հաշվով խոսքը մեր տարածաշրջանը, արևելքը արևմուտքին, հյուսիսը հարավին կապող խաչմերուկ դարձնելու մասին է»,–ասաց նա։
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ այս գործընթացին ակտիվորեն աջակցելու հրապարակայնորեն պատրաստակամություն է ցուցաբերել ՌԴ–ն, իսկ Ֆրանսիան, ԱՄՆ–ն, ԵՄ–ն նույնպես հետաքրքրված են այս գործընթացով։
«Հարգելի գործընկերներ, կրկին հարկ եմ համարում ընդգծել, որ տարածաշրջանի խաղաղությունը և կայունությունը մեր երկարատև ռազմավարությունն է, և մենք մեզ պատասխանատու ենք համարում այդ խնդրի լուծման համար»,–ասաց նա։
