Նավթի համաշխարհային գները շարունակել են անկումը՝ արձանագրելով այնպիսի նվազագույն ցուցանիշներ, որոնք վերջին անգամ եղել են 2004 թվականի հուլիսին: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է«Արմենպրես»-ը, հաղորդել Է Rambler News Service-ը՝ հղում անելով ICE միջմայրցամաքային բորսայի տվյալներին: Brent նավթի փետրվարյան ապառնագրերի արժեքը Լոնդոնի ICE Futures սակարանում նվազել Է 1,34 տոկոսով՝ բարելի դիմաց մինչեւ 36,14 դոլար: Փետրվարյան պարտավորագրի նվազագույն գինը կազմել Է 36,17 դոլար՝ նորացնելով 2004 թվականի հուլիսի 13-ի նվազագույն ցուցանիշը: Նյու Յորքի ապրանքային բորսայի Էլեկտրոնային սակարկություններում WTI նավթի ապառնագրի արժեքը նվազել Է 0,58 տոկոսով՝ բարելի դիմաց մինչեւ 34,53 դոլար:
Նավթն Էժանանում Է այն ժամանակվանից, երբ ՕՊԷՔ-ը դեկտեմբերի 4-ին որոշեց նավթի արդյունահանման բաժնաչափը օրական 30 միլիոնից բարձրացնել մինչեւ 31,5 մլն բարել: Կազմակերպության երկրները, ըստ տարբեր գնահատումների, փաստորեն օրական արդյունահանում են 31,7 միլիոնից մինչեւ 32,2 մլն բարել:
