Տեւական ժամանակ թափուր մնացած Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովի նախագահի պաշտոնում թեկնածու է առաջադրվել, սեպտեմբերի 13-ին ԱԺ աշնանային նստաշրջանի հավանաբար առաջին նիստում այդ հարցն օրակարգ կմտնի։ Նոր թեկնածուն արդարադատության նախարարության աշխատակից Մարիամ Գալստյանն է՝ ծնված 1989 թվականին։ Նա 2011-2014 թթ․ նախարարության աշխատակազմի ղեկավարի իրավական հարցերով խորհրդականն է եղել, 2014-16-ին՝ նախարարի տեղակալի օգնականը, իսկ այժմ Հակակոռուպցիոն քաղաքականության մշակման եւ մոնիթորինգի վարչության պետն է։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այս տարվա հունիսին խորհրդարանը փակ քվեարկությամբ մերժեց «Իմ քայլի» պատգամավոր Սոս Ավետիսյանի կնոջ՝ Տաթեւիկ Բարսեղյանի թեկնածությունը, որը «Թրանսփարենսի ինթերնեշնլ» հակակոռուպցիոն կենտրոնի նախկին աշխատակից է (2012-2019 թթ․ աշխատել է ԹԻՀԿ-ում)։
Հավանաբար, այս ձախողումից հետո «բարտեր» են արել եւ տիկնոջ թեկնածությունը չեն առաջադրել, քանի որ ամուսնուն՝ Սոս Ավետիսյանին, մոտ ապագայում դեսպան են նշանակելու։ Չնայած արտգործնախարարության համակարգում դեսպանի շատ ավելի արժանի եւ փորձառու թեկնածուներ կան։
