Ադրբեջանի նախագահը իր հրապարակային ելույթներով և ուղերձներով շարունակում է ատելություն գեներացնել ողջ հայ ժողովրդի նկատմամբ․ ՄԻՊ
BLOGՀՀ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանԱրման Թաթոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրառում է արել՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ առանձնացրել են Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ Շուշի և Աբշերոն կատարած այցերի ընթացքում հայատյացություն ու թշնամանք գեներացնող հատվածները։
ՄԻՊ գրառումը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև․
Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմն այս անգամ էլ առանձնացրել է Ադրբեջանի նախագահի՝ 2021թ. օգոստոսի 26-ին Աբշերոն և օգոստոսի 31-ին Շուշի այցերի հրապարակային ելույթների այն հատվածները, որոնք գեներացնում են հայատյացություն ու թշնամանք։ Հայերեն ու անգլերեն տարբերակներով ուղարկել ենք ՀՀ Ազգային ժողով, գործադիր իշխանության ու իրավապահ մարմինների, ինչպես նաև ՀԿ-ներին՝ իրենց գործունեության մեջ օգտագործելու նպատակով:
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի ուսումնասիրությունները և նյութերի մշտադիտարկումը ադրբեջաներենով վկայում են, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը շարունակում է իր հրապարակային ելույթներով և ուղերձներով գեներացնել ատելություն ողջ հայ ժողովրդի, Հայաստանի և Արցախի բնակչության նկատմամբ, տալիս է սպառնալիքներ, անում վիրավորական ու թշնամանք բորբոքող արտահայտություններ: Ընդ որում, նրա ելույթներն այնպիսին են, որ ակնհայտորեն հասնում են ֆաշիզմի:
Այդ քաղաքականության հետևանք են այն դաժանությունները, խոշտանգումներն ու սպանությունները, որոնք ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ծառայողներն իրականացրել են հայկական կողմի զինվորականների ու քաղաքացիական անձանց նկատմամբ: Այդ քաղաքականության ուղիղ հետևանքներն են ՀՀ սահմանային բնակիչների իրավունքների խախտումները:
Ընդ որում, մշտադիտարկումը վկայում է, որ ամեն նման ելույթից կամ ուղերձից հետո տեղի են ունենում կրակոցներ ՀՀ սահմանային գյուղերի, ինչպես նաև այդ գյուղերի անմիջական հարևանությամբ տեղակայված ՀՀ դիրքերի վրա, վիճակն ավելի է լարվում: Տեղի են ունենում փոխհրաձգություններ, գրանցվում են զինվորականների սպանությա ու վիրավորանքի դեպքեր:
Այսինքն՝ առկա է հստակ պատճառական կապ:
ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմը մշտապես իրականացնում է ադրբեջանական իշխանության մարմինների ուղերձերի ու ելույթների ուսումնասիրություն՝ պետական հովանավորչությամբ թշնամանքի ու հայատյաց քաղաքականության ապացույցները փաստագրելու նպատակով:

Այս ամենն իրականացվում է մարդու իրավունքների խախտումները կանխարգելելու, առկա ոտնահարումները վերացնելու նպատակով:
