ՀՀ ԱԱԾ տնտեսական անվտանգության և կոռուպցիայի հակազդման դեպարտամենտի աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ձեռք են բերվել փաստական տվյալներ, որ պետական գերատեսչության իրավասու պաշտոնատար անձինք, ի պաշտոնե պարտավոր լինելով վարել պետության կողմից երաշխավորված՝ անվճար և արտոնյալ պայմաններով առողջության առաջնային պահպանման բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման ծառայությունների փաթեթի հասանելիության նպատակով ձևավորված էլեկտրոնային շտեմարանը և դրանում կատարել փաթեթի շահառու հանդիսացող հաստիքային աշխատակիցների աշխատանքից ազատվելու վերաբերյալ տվյալների մուտքագրումը, ծառայության նկատմամբ անբարեխիղճ և անփույթ վերաբերմունքի հետևանքով իրենց պարտականությունները ոչ պատշաճ են կատարել, ինչի արդյունքում 2017 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 1-ից մինչև 2021 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 1-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում առողջապահական փաթեթի շահառու հանդիսացած 352 անձինք աշխատանքից ազատվելուց և սահմանված 6 ամիսը լրանալուց հետո շարունակել են մնալ շահառուների ցուցակում ու նրանց համար ՀՀ պետական բյուջեից ապահովագրական ընկերություններին ընդհանուր առմամբ անհիմն փոխանցվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ շուրջ 12.500.000 ՀՀ դրամի չափով ապահովագրավճար, որն անզգուշությամբ նյութական ծանր հետևանքներ է առաջացրել: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում են ԱԱԾ-ից:

Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում նախապատրաստված նյութերով անզգուշությամբ ծանր հետևանքներ առաջացրած պաշտոնեական անփութություն կատարելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որը նախաքննություն կատարելու նպատակով ուղարկվել է ըստ քննչական ենթակայության:
