Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները նորից հրդեհներ են գցել ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ազատ գյուղի հարևանությամբ. ՄԻՊ

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում գրել է.
 
«Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները, ըստ ահազանգերի, երեկ՝ սեպտեմբերի 4-ին նորից հրդեհներ են գցել ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ազատ գյուղի հարևանությամբ, Նորաբակ գյուղից դեպի Ազատ տանող ճանապարհի հատվածում (ադրբեջանական դիրքի անմիջական հարևանությամբ):
Ըստ այս պահի տվյալների՝ այրվել է մոտ 40 հա արոտավայր, որի խոտը սակավության պատճառով բնակիչները հնձում են՝ որպես անասնակեր։
Ըստ ահազանգերի՝ Կութ գյուղում հրդեհի նոր օջախներ չկան. ծխացող հատվածներ են, որոնք գյուղի ուղղությունից թեքվել են ադրբեջանական դիրքերի կողմ (բայց խոսքը ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքի և ՀՀ գյուղերի բնակիչների կողմից օգտագործվող կամ նրանց պատկանող հողատարածքների մասին է): Սոթք գյուղի հարևանությամբ ևս առաջացել է հրդեհի նոր օջախ:
Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների այս արարքների հետևանքով օգոստոսի 29-ից սկսած արդեն քանի օր է ոչնչացվում են քաղաքացիական բնակիչների պատկանող արոտավայրերն ու խոտհարքները, մարդիկ զրկվում են ապրուստի աղբյուրից, ինչն իր հերթին նպաստելու է մարդկանց սոցիալական խնդիրների ավելացմանը:
Հրդեհներն իրական վտանգ են քաղաքացիական բնակչության կյանքի, նրանց ողջ սեփականության համար. եղանակային պայմաններն էլ ավելի են նպաստում տարածմանը:
Նշված ահազանգերը ստուգվել են ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային ստորաբաժանման կողմից, հաստատվել են օբյեկտիվ ապացույցներով:
