Ֆրանսիայի ԱԳ նախարար Ժան-Իվ Լը Դրիանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել Արարատ Միրզոյանին՝ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի պաշտոնում նշանակվելու կապակցությամբ, որում, մասնավորապես, նշել է.
«Հարգելի՛ պարոն նախարար,
Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Արտաքին գործերի նախարարի պաշտոնը ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ՝ սրտանց Ձեզ եմ հղում իմ ջերմ շնորհավորանքները` կանխավ գոհունակություն հայտնելով Ձեզ հետ սերտորեն և վստահության մթնոլորտում աշխատելու հեռանկարի համար:
Ձեր երկիրը վերջին ամիսներին բախվել է անվտանգային, տնտեսական և առողջապահական մի շարք փորձությունների: Ցանկանում եմ վերահաստատել Ֆրանսիայի լիակատար աջակցությունը դժվարին այս փուլն անցնող հայ ժողովրդին:
Ֆրանսիայի և Հայաստանի միջև առկա են պատմական, մշակութային խորը առնչությունների վրա հիմնված և հագեցած օրակարգ ունեցող առանձնաշնորհյալ հարաբերություններ: Հայ-ֆրանսիական քաղաքական երկխոսության որակը մեզ պարտավորեցնում է առավել խորացնել մեր տնտեսական համագործակցությունն` ի նպաստ, մասնավորապես, Հայաստանի տնտեսության ապաշրջափակմանը և բազմազանեցմանը:
