Թալիբները հայտարարել են, որ գրավել են Փանջշիր նահանգի 2 շրջան

Աֆղանստանի Փանջշիր նահանգի՝ ռազմավարական նշանակություն ունեցող Խինջ շրջանը, ինչպես նաև Աննաբայի շրջանն անցել են թալիբների վերահսկողության տակ, ինչի մասին, ինչպես գրում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, հայտնել են թալիբները:
Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր Tert.am-ը, «Թալիբան» արմատական շարժումը սեպտեմբերի երեքին տեղեկացրել էր, որ լիակատար վերահսկողություն է հաստատել Աֆղանստանի ամբողջ տարածքի վրա, ներառյալ Փանջշիր նահանգը, որտեղ տեղակայված են դիմադրության ուժերը:
Այս մասին Reuters գործակալությանը հայտնել էր թալիբների երեք աղբյուրը՝ մանրամասնելով, որ այս կապակցությամբ մայրքաղաք Քաբուլում կրակոցներ են հնչել:
Ավելի վաղ ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը հաղորդել էր, որ Աֆղանստանի Փանջշիր նահանգի վերահսկողությունն ուրբաթ անցել է «Թալիբան» արմատական շարժման ներկայացուցիչներին: Սակայն որոշ ժամանակ անց դիմադրության ուժերի ներկայացուցիչները հերքել էին այս տեղեկությունը:
Ավելի վաղ նշված նահանգում, որը գտնվում է Աֆղանստանի մայրաքաղաքից 150 կմ հեռավորության վրա, տեղի են ունեցել կատաղի ռազմական գործողություններ:
Աֆղանստանի նախկին նախագահ Համիդ Քարզայը թալիբներին և Փանջշիր նահանգում դիմադրության ուժերին կոչ էր արել հակամարտությունը լուծել երկխոսության միջոցով: Փանջշիրը թալիբների վերահսկողությունից դուրս միակ նահանգն է, որը գտնվում է Քաբուլից հյուսիս-արևելք գտնվող բարձրադիր վայրերում:
Հիշեցնենք, որ թալիբներն ակտիվ գործողությունների էին անցել Աֆղանստանից ամերիկյան զորքերի դուրսբերմանը զուգահեռ՝ օրեցօր նոր քաղաքներ գրավելով, իսկ օգոստոսի 15-ին մտել են Քաբուլ: Ժամեր անց երկրի նախագահ Աշրաֆ Ղանին հրաժարական է ներկայացրել և հեռացել երկրից: Ավելի ուշ հայտնի է դարձել, որ թալիբները մտադիր են 12 անձից կազմված խորհուրդ ստեղծել՝ երկիրը կառավարելու համար:
