Չի կարելի պարտադրել քաղաքացիներին պատվաստվել. առաջարկում եմ մտահոգ անձանց նախաձեռնող խումբ ստեղծել: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում հայտնել է Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանը:

«Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, կորոնավիրուսի և դրա հետևանքների հետ կապված ունեմ հետևյալ կարծիքը (եթե այլ կարծիքներ կան, հետաքրքրությամբ կլսեմ/կկարդամ)՝

1. Կորոնավիրուսը արհեստական վիրուս է եւ սա նշանակում է, որ ինչ որ մի նպատակով է ստեղծվել և տարածվել.

2. Կորոնավիրուսը պատկանում է սուր շնչառական վարակների խմբին. նույն խմբին է պատկանում օրինակ գրիպը: Սա նշանակում է, որ չի լինելու մի պատվաստանյութ, որը վերջնականորեն այս վիրուսը կվերացնի, հետևաբար մարդը մշտապես պետք է պատվաստանյութ ընդունի ( օրինակ՝ 6 ամիսը կամ մեկ տարին մեկ).

3. Վարակվածների մեջ մահացությունը 2 տոկոս է (ԱՇԽԱՐՀՈՒՄ՝ 03.09.21թ. դրությամբ կա 217.396.223 վարակված, և 4.511.837 մահացած, մահացությունը կազմում է 2 տոկոս, Հայաստանում՝ 243.981 վարակված և 4892 մահացած, մահացությունը կազմում է 2 տոկոս).

4. Պատվաստանյութերի բոլոր բաղադրիչները ստուգվում են անվտանգության տեսակետից: Դրանք պատշաճ փորձարկում չեն անցել, որի համար ըստ տարբեր մասնագետների անհրաժեշտ է առնվազն 5 տարի.

5. Պատվաստանյութերի արդյունավետությունը բարձր չէ և չի ապահովագրում մարդուն կորոնավիրուսից (օրինակ ըստ պաշտոնական տեղեկության Աստրա Զենեկայի արդյունավետությունը 63 տոկոս է).

6. Բժիշկները պատվաստանյութերի վերաբերյալ չունեն միասնական վերաբերմունք: Մի մասը դրանք համարում է վնասակար մարդու առողջությանը: Նշվում է, որ դրանք կարող են ազդել մարդու գենոմի վրա:

7. Չպատվաստված մարդկանց նկատմամբ իրավական սահմանափակումներ և այլ իրավական հետևանքներ կիրառելը (պարգևավճարի չվճարում, աշխատանքից ազատում և այլն), ի տարբերություն պատվաստվածների ոչ միայն անօրինական է և խտրական, այլ նաև անտրամաբանական:

Վերը նշվածը հաշվի առնելով շարունակում եմ պնդել, որ՝

- Պատվաստվելու հարցը պետք է լինի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացու գիտակցված որոշումը.

- Չի կարելի պարտադրել քաղաքացիներին պատվաստվել:

Ինչու, որովհետև այս պայմաններում, երբ որ մենք գործ ունենք պատշաճ փորձարկում չանցնած պատվաստանյութերի հետ, նշանակում է, հիմա դրանք ընդունելը բժշկական փորձի հետևանք է, իսկ բժշակական փորձերն առանց մարդու համաձայնության իրականացնելը Սահմանադրությամբ արգելվում է:

Այս հարցերն ուսումնասիրելու, քաղաքացիների իրավունքները պաշտպանելու և օբյեկտիվ տեղեկատվություն տրամադրելու նպատակով, առաջարկում եմ մտահոգ բժիշկներին, իրավաբաններին (փաստաբաններին), լրագրողներին և այլ մասնագետներին միասին ստեղծել նախաձեռնող խումբ: Կխնդրեմ այստեղ կամ անձնական նամակով գրել»,- նշել է Զոհրաբյանը:
