Լեհաստանի վարչապետը կոչ է արել ԵՄ-ին դեմոկրատիայի մասին դասախոսություններ չկարդալ երկրին
INTERNATIONAL NEWSՈչ մեկն իրավունք չունի Լեհաստանին դեմոկրատիայի մասին դասախոսություններ կարդալ: Այդ մասին հայտարարել է Լեհաստանի վարչապետ Մատեուշ Մորավեցկին, երբ Եվրամիությունը հայտարարել է, որ օրենքի գերակայության խնդիրների պատճառով Լեհաստանին միլիարդավոր եվրոներ վճարելու առնչությամբ բանակցությունները դեռեւս շարունակվում են:
«Ոչ մեկը չի սովորեցնի մեզ, թե ինչ է դեմոկրատիան եւ օրենքի գերակայությունը, քանի որ Լեհաստանն ունի շատ երկար եւ ազնվական պատմություն տոտարիտարիզմի եւ բռնապետերի բոլոր տեսակների դեմ պայքարի հարցում»,-ասել է Մորավեցկին: «մենք պայքարել ենք հանուն օրենքի գերակայության եւ դեմոկրատիայի կոմունիզմի սարսափելի տարիների ժամանակ, սակայն մենք շատ ավելի հին ավանդույթներ ունենք դեմոկրատիայի ոլորտում, եւ մենք չենք ցանկանում, որ Արեւմտյան Եվրոպայում ինչ-որ մեկը պատմի, թե ինչ է դեմոկրատիան, ինչ է օրենքի գերակայությունը, քանի որ մենք ավելի լավ գիտենք»,-հավելել է վարչապետը, հաղորդում է Reuters-ը:
Ավելի վաղ Էկոնոմիկայի հարցերով եվրահանձնակատար Պաոլո Ջենտիլոնին հայտարարել է, որ Լեհաստանի կառավարության կողմից ԵՄ-ի օրենքի գերակայության վիճարկումը հարցերից մեկն է, որը քննարկվում է Լեհաստանին համավարակից հետո միլիարդավորի եվրոների չափով միջոցներ հատկացնելու նախօրեին:
Այդ տարի ավելի վաղ Մորավեցկին դիմել է երկրի սահմանադրական դատարան՝ խնդրելով վճռել, թե արդյո՞ք Լեհաստանի սահմանադրությունը, թե՞ ԵՄ օրենքն ունի գերակա ուժ Կենտրոնական Եվրոպայի պետությունում:
Դատարանը հետաձգում է վճիռը. հաջորդ նիստը կկայանա սեպտեմբերի 22-ին: Եթե դատարանն առաջնահերթությունը տա Լեհաստանի օրենսդրությանը, դա սպառնալիք կլինի ԵՄ-ի փոխկապակցված իրավական կարգի համար:
Մարտին Մորավեցկին պահանջել էր վերանայել ԵՄ դատարանի վճիռը, որ ԵՄ օրենքը գերակա է Լեհաստանի Սահմանադրության նկատմամբ: Դա տեղի էր ունեցել Լեհաստանի դատական համակարգում փոփոխությունների շուրջ առավել խոշոր վեճի ֆոնին, որը նախաձեռնվել էր «Իրավունք եւ արդարություն» իշխող կուսակցության կողմից: ԵՄ-ն դիտարկում է այդ փոփոխությունները որպես դեմոկրատական հակակշիռների ձախողում:
