Սերգեյ Լավրովը մանրամասներ է ներկայացրել 2009 թ-ին ԱԳ նախկին նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանին ուղղված գրությունից
INTERNATIONAL NEWS2008 թվականին մեր հայ բարեկամները մեզ ասացին, որ թուրքերն առաջարկում են համաձայնեցնել դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների վերականգնման, հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու, համագործակցության, համատեղ նախագծերի իրականացման փաստաթղթերը: Այս մասին «Նոր գիտելիք» կրթական մարաթոնի ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՌԴ ԱԳ նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը՝ մանրամասներ ներկայացնելով 2009 թվականին հայ-թուրքական արձանագրությունների ստորագրմանն ընդառաջ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախկին նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանին ուղղված գրությունից։
«Մենք ասացինք` դա շատ լավ է և հարցրինք՝ կա՞ն որոշակի նախապայմաններ, պարզվեց նախապայմաններ չկան: Հետո գործը հասավ ստորագրմանը, այն պլանավորված էր Ցյուրիխում՝ Հայաստանի, Թուրքիայի նախարարների մասնակցությամբ: Ներկա էին նաև ԱՄՆ նախկին պետքարտուղար Հիլարի Քլինթոնը, Եվրամիության ներկայացուցիչը, ձեր խոնարհ ծառան ու էլի ինչ-որ մեկը:
Մենք պետք է այդ կարևոր իրադարձության վկաները լինեինք, բայց ստորագրելուց առաջ մեր թուրք գործընկերներն ասացին, որ այդ ամենը կստորագրեն, սակայն պետք է վերապահում անեն ԼՂ հարցով: Դա հակասում էր Հայաստանի դիրքորոշմանը: Ես իմ գործընկերոջը նախազգուշացրել էի, որ այնքան էլ չեմ հավատում, որ այդ ամենը առանց նախապայմանների տեղի կունենա: Բայց մենք հայտնվել էինք այնտեղ, որտեղ հայտնվել էինք: Բոլորն արդեն եկել էին և փակուղի էր:
Արդյունքում թուրք գործընկերը համաձայնվեց հետ կանչել այդ պայմանը, բայց հայ գործընկերներն ասում էին, որ պետք է հայտարարություն անեն, որում Հայաստանը կներկայացնի իր դիրքորոշումը ԼՂ հարցի վերաբերյալ: Սակայն թուրք նախարարն ևս պնդեց, որ եթե հայկական կողմը հայտարարություն անի, իրենք ևս կանեն: Մենք այդ ժամանակ միասին ֆուտբոլ էինք դիտում, իսկ երկու նախարարները վիճաբանում էին:
Մենք պետք է որևէ կերպ դուրս գայինք այդ իրավիճակից: Ես այդ ժամանակ ՀՀ ԱԳ նախկին նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանին գրություն գրեցի, որ չպնդի մեկնաբանության թեման, այդպես էլ եղավ:
Արդյունքում փաստաթղթերը ստորագրվեցին, սակայն ավելի ուշ «կորան» նույն պատճառով, քանի որ կողմերը տարբեր տեսակետներ ունեին ղարաբաղյան կարգավորման գործընթացի վերաբերյալ»,-ասել է Լավրովը։
