Ավարտելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կաբինետի անդամների անցած ուղուն նվիրված շարքը՝ այսօր կանդրադառնանք ԱԳՆ նորանշանակ նախարար Արարատ Միրզոյանին և վերջինիս ձեռբքերումներին:

2000թ Միրզոյանը ավարտել է Երեւանի պետական համալսարանի իրավագիտության ֆակուլտետը: Իրավաբան: 2015թ.՝ ՀՀ ԳԱԱ գիտակրթական միջազգային կենտրոնի քաղաքագիտության ֆակուլտետի մագիստրատուրան: 2002-2003թթ. աշխատել է Աջափնյակ-Դավթաշեն համայնքների առաջին ատյանի դատարանի նախագահի օգնական, գրասենյակի քարտուղար: 2013թ. տրանսպորտի թանկացման դեմ ուղղված «Car free» քաղաքացիական ակցիայի կազմակերպիչներից է: 2013-2015թթ. եղել է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» հանրային-քաղաքական միավորման կառավարման խորհրդի հիմնադիր անդամ: 2015թ. ընտրվել է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության վարչության հիմնադիր անդամ, 2016թ.՝ վերընտրվել: 2015-2016թթ.՝ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության խոսնակ: 2019-2021թթ.՝ ԱԺ պատգամավոր («Իմ քայլը» կուսակցությունների դաշինք, թիվ 4 ընտրատարածքի տարածքային ընտրական ցուցակ): ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահի տեղակալ: ԱԺ արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի անդամ: «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամ: 2021թ. հունիսի 20-ին ԱԺ պատգամավոր է ընտրվել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության համապետական ընտրական ցուցակով: 2021թ. օգոստոսի 2-ին ընտրվել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ: Հրապարակախոսական մի շարք հոդվածների հեղինակ է:

ԱԳՆ ղեկավարի պաշտոնում նշանակվելուց հետո Միրզոյանը արդեն իսկ հանդես է եկել մի շարք առանցքային կարևորություն ունեցող հայտարարություններով, մասնավորապես՝ ընդգծելով, որ ՀՀ արտաքին քաղաքականության հիմքում լինելու է Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցի լուծումը և Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի իրացումը: Միրզոյանը նաև խոստացել է խթանել խորհդարանական դիվանագիտության զարգացումը, ի դեպ՝ այդ հարցը նրա ուշադրության կենտրոնում է եղել նաև ԱԺ նախագահի պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու ընթացքում: ԱԳՆ նախարարի պաշտոնին նշանակվելուց հետո Միրզոյանը կարևոր քննարկումներ և հանդիպումներ  է ունեցել ՀԱՊԿ գլխավոր քարտուղարի, Իրանի ԱԳՆ նախարարի, Արցախի նախագահի և ՌԴ ԱԳՆ ղեկավարի հետ:
