20-րդ դարավերջի 90-ականների սկզբին Աստվածային հողի արարչագործ Հայ ժողովուրդը, հայ ազգային-ազատագրական պայքարի թոհ ու բոհի մեջ ծնված արցախյան հերոսամարտի ընթացքում, նահատակված և կենդանի հերոսների մեծ հայրենասիրության շնորհիվ՝ ձեռք բերեց Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անկախությունը, որը յուրաքանչյուրիս համար դարձավ բացարձակ արժեք այնպես, ինչպես ծնողը, ընտանիքը, հայրենիքը:
1991 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 2-ին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության անկախության ծնունդով՝ 600 տարի պետականությունը կորցրած հայ ժողովուրդն ունեցավ երկու հանրապետություն և, ադրբեջանցիների ու թուրքերի դեմ մղվող դաժան պայքարի արդյունքում, հաղթեց հայոց միասնականությունը՝ վեր բարձրացնելով ազգային արժանապատվության երկու դրոշները, որոնք թո´ղ հավերժորեն ծածանվեն՝ հաղթանակի կամար կապելով խաղաղ ու աշխատասեր, քաջ ու անվեհեր, Հայոց հայրենիքի տեր Հայ ազգի համար: Արցախի անկախության ձեռքբերումը ողջ Հայ ժողովրդի միասնության, վճռականության հաղթանակն էր:
Փա՛ռք ու խոնարհո՛ւմ Արցախի անկախության համար մարտիրոսված և կենդանի հերոսներին, հարգանք ու պատիվ «Եռաբլուրին» ու Արցախի հերոսների պանթեոնին:
«Հայոց Արծիվների» և անձամբ իմ անունից՝ ջերմորեն շնորհավորում եմ ՔԵԶ, Հա՛յ ազգ, անողոք պայքարի բովում աննահանջ կամքի դրսևորման շնորհիվ Արցախ աշխարհը արյան գնով պահելու, Արցախի անկախության 30-րդ տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ և մաղթում քաջառողջություն, երկաթյա կամք ու թշնամու ամենօրյա ոտնձգությունների դեմ հակահարվածի անբեկանելի հզոր ուժ:
Առանձնահատուկ շնորհավորում եմ 2020 թվականի 44-օրյա պատերազմի առաջին իսկ օրից զենքը ձեռքին Արցախի առաջնագծում կանգնած՝ Արցախը պաշտպանող և Արցախը կառուցող Արցախի նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանին և անպարտելի արցախցիներին:
Արցա՛խը Հայաստան է և վե՛րջ:
