«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը  գրում է. «Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քաղաքացիական եւ վարչական պալատի դատավորի թափուր տեղն այդպես էլ չի լրացվել: Բանն այն է, որ դեռեւս այս տարվա մայիսի 25-ին, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Սահմանադրության 166-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի եւ «Ազգային ժողովի կանոնակարգ» սահմանադրական օրենքի 143-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի համաձայն, Բարձրագույն դատական խորհուրդը Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քաղաքացիական եւ վարչական պալատի դատավորի թափուր տեղի համար առաջադրել է Հովսեփ Բեդեւյանի, Հրաչ Այվազյանի եւ Լիանա Հակոբյանի թեկնածությունները: Այդ ժամանակահատվածը, սակայն, համընկավ արտահերթ ընտրությունների քարոզարշավի, ապա ընտրությունների հետ, եւ խորհրդարանը, այսպես ասած, ժամանակ չուներ այս հարցը քննարկելու: Ստացվում է՝ չորս ամիս է՝ դատավոր այդպես էլ չի ընտրվել:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ այս հարցն արդեն ընգրկված է ութերորդ գումարման խորհրդարանի նախագծերի թվում եւ առաջիկայում կքննարկվի նորընտիր Ազգային ժողովի կողմից: Ավելին՝ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ՝ չնայած այս հարցը այդպես էլ չի քննարկվել, թեկնածուներն էլ չէին հասցրել հանդիպել պատգամավորներին, սակայն իշխանություններն արդեն որոշում ունեն, եւ այս պաշտոնում կընտրվի Հովսեփ Բեդեւյանը:

Հավելենք, որ նա նախորդ տարվա դեկտեմբերին վարչապետի մոտ մասնակցել էր դատական ներկայացուցիչների հետ հանդիպմանը, որը քննադատվել էր համակարգի շատ ներկայացուցիչների կողմից, որոնք համարում էին, որ այդպիսով գործադիրն իր մասնակցությունն է ունենում դատական իշխանության գործերին»:
