Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների գցած հրդեհները Գեղարքունիքի մարզում մինչ օրս մարել չի հաջողվում. ՄԻՊ

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել և կից գարռում կատարել, որում ասված է.
 
«Ըստ մեր փաստահավաք աշխատանքների՝ ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների գցած հրդեհների հետևանքով օգոստոսի 29-ից մինչ օրս ՀՀ Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Գեղամասար համայնքի Ազատ, Կութ, Նորաբակ և Սոթք գյուղերում այրվել է՝
1) Կութում՝ 150 հա արոտավայր և 60 հա խոտհարք.
2) Ազատում՝ 20 հա արոտավայր և 10 հա խոտհարք.
3) Սոթքում՝ 80 հա արոտավայր և 70 հա խոտհարք.
4) Նորաբակում՝ 20 հա արոտավայր և 10 հա խոտհարք:
Բոլոր 4 գյուղերում այսօր մոտ ժամը 16:00-ի դրությամբ ընդհանուր այրվել է շուրջ 270 հա արոտավայր և շուրջ 150 հա խոտհարք: Ոչնչացվում է նաև խոտը, որ մարդիկ չարչարանքով են պաշարել ձմռան համար: Օրինակ՝ ոչնչացվել է Կութ գյուղի միայն մեկ բնակչի պաշարած մոտ 500 հակ խոտ
Նշվածից բացի, օրինակ, Կութ գյուղի մի խումբ բնակիչներ ահազանգել են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին, որ իրենք ծանր նյութական վնաս են կրել, այրվել է խոտհարքերը, հնձած խոտը, ինչպես նաև՝ բնակիչներից մեկի խոտհնձիչը։
Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների գցած հրդեհները Գեղարքունիքի մարզում մինչ օրս մարել չի հաջողվում, իսկ եղանակային պայմաններն էլ ավելի են նպաստում հրդեհների տարածմանը:
 
Դրանք այնպիսի բարձրադիր վայրերում են, որ մարդիկ հրշեջ-փրկարար ծառայողների հետ միասին ստիպված նաև ձեռքով մարել կրակը, իսկ ադրբեջանական զինվորականներն առաջացնում են հրդեհների նոր օջախներ:
Այս բոլոր ահազանգերը ստուգվել են ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային ստորաբաժանման կողմից, հաստատվել են օբյեկտիվ ապացույցներով: Մշտական կապի մեջ ենք համայնքային մարմինների, բնակիչների, ԱԻՆ համապատասխան ծառայությունների հետ:
 
Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների հանցավոր արարքների պատճառով մարդիկ զրկվել են ապրուստի աղբյուրից, ինչն էլ նպաստելու է սոցիալական խնդիրների ավելացմանը:
Տեղի են ունենում բնակիչների իրավունքների զանգվածային խախտումներ՝ դրանով իսկ դիվերսիոն և ահաբեկչական արարքներ ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակչության նկատմամբ:
Հրդեհներն իրական վտանգ են ներկայացնում քաղաքացիական բնակչության կյանքի, նրանց ողջ սեփականության համար (հրդեհներին ամենամոտը Կութ գյուղն է):
ՀՀ քաղաքացիական բնակչության դեմ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի արարքների փաստերը վկայում են, որ դրանք դառնում են ավելի ու ավելի վտանգավոր քաղաքացիական բնակիչների համար, հանցավոր են և ունեն մարդկանց վնաս պատճառելու ուղղակի դիտավորություն, իսկ իրավունքների խախտումներն կրում են զանգվածային բնույթ»:
