ՏԵՍԱՆՅՈՒԹ. Գեղարքունիքում ադրբեջանցիները հրդեհում են նաև ձմեռվա համար պաշարված խոտը

Գեղարքունիքում ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների գցած հրդեհներն այրում են ոչ միայն արոտավայրերն ու խոտհարքները, այլ նաև խոտը, որ մարդիկ չարչարանքով հնձել, պաշարել են ձմեռվա համար։

Օրինակ՝ Կութ գյուղի բնակիչներից մեկն այսօր՝ ժամը 17-ի սահմաններում ահազանգել է, որ ունի 4-5 հեկտար խոտհարք և հավաքել է մոտավորապես 500 հակ խոտ։ Հրդեհը ժամը 17-ի սահմաններում իր խոտի հակերից հեռու է եղել ընդամենը 4-5 մետր: Ահազանգերը նաև այն մասին են նաև, որ հրդեհների օջախները մարելուց հետո ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները նորից են դիտավորյալ հրդեհներ գցում։

Այսօր Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Կութ և Սոթք գյուղերից տարբեր ժամերի ահազանգեր ենք ստացել, որ այդ գյուղերի ուղղությամբ դեռևս օգոստոսի 29-ին ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների գցած հրդեհներն ավելի են ընդարձակվել և արդեն տարածվում են դեպի գյուղերը:

Կան շատ վայրեր, որոնց մոտենալ հնարավոր չէ, քանի որ ադրբեջանական նշանառության ներքո են, իսկ մոտենալու դեպքում նրանք արձակում են կրակոցներ:
Հրդեհների մարման աշխատանքներ են իրականացնում փրկարար ծառայողները, նրանց աջակցում են բնակիչները: Բայց համապատասխան տեխնիկա հնարավոր չէ օգտագործել բոլոր տեղերում, քանի որ հրդեհը տարածված է տեխնիկայի համար դժվար հասանելի բարձրադիր վայրերում։ Իսկ եղանակային պայմանների պատճառով հրդեհներն ավելի են տարածվում: Ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տվել, որ օրվա ընթացքում հաջողվել է մարել միայն Սոթքի ուղղությամբ հրդեհը:

Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների այս արարքների հետևանքով ոչնչացվում են քաղաքացիական բնակիչների պատկանող արոտավայրերն ու խոտհարքները, մարդիկ զրկվում են ապրուստի աղբյուրից, ինչն իր հերթին նպաստելու է մարդկանց սոցիալական խնդիրների ավելացմանը:

Հաշվի առնելով նաև, որ ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերը ներխուժել ու տեղակայված են գյուղերի անմիջական հարևանությամբ՝ ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքում, ապա հրդեհներն իրական վտանգ են ներկայացնում նաև գյուղերի քաղաքացիական բնակչության կյանքի, նրանց ողջ սեփականության համար:

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի կողմից ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի արարքների փաստերը, ստուգումները, վկայում են, որ դրանք դառնում են ավելի ու ավելի վտանգավոր քաղաքացիական բնակիչների համար, ունեն մարդկանց վնաս պատճառելու ուղղակի դիտավորություն, դարձել են թիրախային, իսկ իրավունքների խախտումներն կրում են զանգվածային բնույթ:
