Իշխանությունն ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների սեւ ցուցակ է կազմել եւ ակտիվորեն աշխատում է նրանց ուղղությամբ, որպեսզի օր առաջ խորհրդարանն ազատեն անցանկալիների ներկայությունից։ Խոսքը հատկապես «Հայաստան» դաշինքի պատգամավորների մասին է։ Օրինակ, չնայած Արմեն Գեւորգյանի հասցեին ԱԺ նիստի օրերին որոշ ՔՊ-ականների հրապարակային դրվատանքին՝ նրա զուսպ ու հավասարակշիռ պահվածքին, բովանդակային ելույթներին, Գեւորգյանն իշխանական սեւ ցուցակի սկզբնամասում է։ Թերեւս պատճառն այն է, որ նա Քոչարյանի ամենավստահելի մարդկանցից է եւ դրանով արդեն վտանգ է ներկայացնում իշխանության համար։ Հ
աջորդը պղնձամոլիբդենայինի սեփականատեր Վահե Հակոբյանն է, ում մասին խոսելիս Փաշինյանը չի թաքցնում ատելությունը, իսկ Ալեն Սիմոնյանն անգամ ասել է․ «Վահե Հակոբյանն այստեղ երկար չի մնա»։ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի կարողանում մարսել սյունյաց ողջույնները եւ կարծում է, որ դրա կազմակերպիչը Հակոբյանն է։ Հաջորդը Արթուր Ղազինյանն է, որը շշերով պատերազմի ժամանակ պատահմամբ շիշ է նետել Փաշինյանի կողմը։
Իշխանական աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, շուտով ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազն ԱԺ է մտնելու՝ Արմեն Գեւորգյանի հետեւից, որի հետ կապված ինչ-որ օֆշորային գործարք են մատնանշելու եւ որդու անունով մեծ գումարի փոխանցում՝ որպես ապօրինի հարստացում։ Իսկ Հակոբյանին պարզապես օրուարեւ չեն տալու, երրորդին մեկ այլ ձեւով են ստորացնելու։
Սեւ ցուցակի մյուս անդամի՝ «Պատիվ ունեմ»-ից Աննա Մկրտչյանի հոր՝ Քաղսիի համայնքապետ Արա Մկրտչյանի դեմ էլ քրեական գործն արդեն հարուցվել է՝ 154 հոդվածով․ ընտրողներին կաշառք տալ-ստանալը, ընտրություններին խոչընդոտելը։ Սական դրանով չեն բավարարվելու՝ իշխանական կանայք չեն թաքցնում ըմբոստ պատգամավորին ծեծելու բուռն ցանկությունը։
