Վայոց ձորում ադրբեջանական դիրքին մոտեցած 80 խոշոր եղջերավոր անասունից 75-ը հակառակորդը հափշտակել ու չի վերադարձրել. ՄԻՊ

ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզի Սերս գյուղի «Գոգի լեռ» կոչվող սարատեղում արածող 110 խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիներից 80-ը մոտեցել են ադրբեջանական դիրքին, որից 75-ը զինծառայողները հափշտակել են ու չեն վերադարձվել։ Այս մասին Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանին տուժած երկու գյուղացի է ահազանգել:

«Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել օգոստոսի 16-ին՝ ժամը 10:30-ի սահմաններում:

Նրանք տեղեկացրել են, որ իրենք մոտ 800-900 մ հեռավորությունից նկատել են, թե ինչպես են ադրբեջանական 3 զինծառայող դուրս գալիս իրենց խրամատից և մոտենում կենդանիներին: Այդ ընթացքում նրանք հեռվից շարունակել են հետևել ադրբեջանական զինծառայողների արարքին, որոնցից մեկը մոտ 300 մ առաջացել է և ձորակից քշել, բարձրացրել է կենդանիներին, որից հետո արդեն երեքով տարել են կենդանիներին:

Ադրբեջանական զինծառայողները եղել են զինված, սակայն իրենք վտանգի պատճառով չեն մոտեցել նրանց և չեն կարողացել հետ վերադարձնել կենդանիներին:

Քաղաքացիների տեղեկացմամբ՝ դիմել են ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզպետարան, համայնքի ղեկավարին, ՀՀ սահմանապահ զորքերին և բանակային կորպուս:

Մարզպետարանից այցելել են և արձանագրել կատարվածը և նշել, որ անհրաժեշտ է կենդանիների վերաբերյալ բանկի և համայնքից տեղեկանքներ ներկայացնել:

Տուժած քաղաքացիների պնդմամբ՝ խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանիներն իրենք ձեռք են բերել գյուղատնտեսական վարկի գումարով, որը կազմում է մոտ 8 մլն ՀՀ դրամ և չգիտեն, թե ի՞նչ միջոցներով են շարունակելու վճարել վարկերը:

Մեր պետությունը պետք է միջազգային հարթակներում նախաձեռնի այնպիսի գործընթացներ, որոնք այս փաստերի օգտագործմամբ հնարավորություն կտան ադրբեջանական իշխանություններին պարտադրել հատուցել մարդկանց՝ նրանց նման խնդիրների առաջ կանգնեցնելու համար:

Մենք, իհարկե, ինչպես սահմանված կարգն է նախատեսում, գրություններ կհասցեագրենք Կառավարություն՝ հասկանալու համար մինչ միջազգային հարթակներում այսպիսի գործընթացի նախաձեռնումը, այդ մարդկանց խնդիրներին անմիջական լուծում տալու հետ կապված դիրքորոշումը: Պատրաստ ենք ցանկացած հարցով համատեղ աշխատանքի:

Հ․Գ․ 80 եղջերավոր կենդանիներին հետ վերադարձնելու համար քաղաքացիները հետաքրքիր քայլ են մտածել․ սահմանին են մոտեցրել նորածին հորթերի, որոնց արձակած ձայների արդյունքում բնազդով հետ են վերադարձել 5 խոշոր եղջերավոր կենդանի»,- հայտնել է ՄԻՊ-ը։
