«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է
Արդյո՞ք կարող էին հին հույները, ասենք, օրինակ՝ Հիտլերին բռնապետ համարել: Իհարկե ոչ: Իսկ ինչո՞ւ: Շատ պարզ պատճառով. նա օրինական ճանապարհով էր անցել իշխանության: Նման բռնապետերը չեն ընտրվում որպես բռնապետ, այլ դառնում են: Հիմա Հայաստանի մասին: Արդյո՞ք բռնապետ է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Իհարկե ոչ… Բայց նա դառնում է բռնապետ հաստատուն և լայն քայլերով: Կա ասացվածք, որ յուրաքանչյուր ժողովուրդ արժանի է իր իշխանությանը: Անիմաստ է հերքել այդ ճշմարտությունը. մենք ստացանք այն, ինչին արժանի ենք…
Ինչո՞ւ իմ երեխան ծառայի Արցախում… թալանեցին… կերան… սպանեցին… հարկեր են ուզում… բնությունը փչացրեցին… չեն թողում մարդ ազատ ապրի… պատվաստումներով գենն են ոչնչացնում… երկիրը դատարկեցին… Ցանկություն կա գոռալու՝ տո, լավ էլ անում էին… էդ դեռ քիչ էր: Ավելի՞ն էիք ուզում: Ստացեք: Հիմա ասե՞մ, թե ինչ կլինի… մեր երեխաները ծառայում են և կծառայեն ոչ Արցախում, բայց ավելի բարդ և վտանգավոր դիրքերում, նորերը թալանել են, թալանում են և անխղճորեն կթալանեն, քանի որ ունեն աղքատի հոգեբանություն, նորերը կերել են, ուտում են և չտեսի պես կուտեն, քանի որ տարիներով սոված են եղել, նորերը հարկեր ավելացրել են, ավելացնում են և կավելացնեն՝ հասցնելով դրանք այն աստիճանի, որ մեզ կմնա միայն ծիծաղել՝ հայտնի հեքիաթի նման, քանի որ այս անտաղանդ կառավարիչները չեն կարող այլ կերպ երկրի գանձարանը լցնել, նորերը չեն թողել ազատ խոսել, չեն թողնում և, առավել ևս, չեն թողնի, ու դեռ կգան ԽՍՀՄ-ի այն հին ժամանակները, երբ մարդիկ ընտանիքում խոսելիս բարձրացնում էին ռադիոյի ձայնը, որ ուրիշները չլսեն իրենց բողոքի խոսքերը, նորերը ստիպել են պատվաստվել, ստիպում են և առավել ևս կստիպեն, բայց ոչ այն պատճառով, որ մտածում են ժողովրդի մասին, այլ որովհետև դա գումարի լավ աղբյուր է, պատվաստված չես՝ քո հաշվին թեստավորվի՛ր:
Իսկ ժողովուրդը... արտագաղթել է, արտագաղթում է և մասսայական կարտագաղթի, իհարկե, եթե մի որոշակի պահ իբր «թավշյա, ոչ բռնի, ժողովրդավարական եղանակով» իշխանության եկածները չփակեն սահմանները… Եվ այստեղ ամենահետաքրքիրն այն է, որ հիմնականում կսկսեն բողոքել, դիմադրել, արտագաղթել հենց այն մարդիկ, որոնք ամենաբարձրն են գոռացել՝ «Նիկո՛լ, վարչապե՛տ», քանի որ հենց այդ մասսան է տարիներ շարունակ երկնային մանանա սպասել «բարձրյալից», այսինքն՝ իշխանությունից, աշխատելու փոխարեն գրանցվել «Փարոս» համակարգում, նախանձել հաջողակ հարևանին, որը «լոբու կամ նախընտրական 5 000 դրամի տեսքով օգնության» սպասելու փոխարեն քրտնաջան աշխատել է…
Դա այն մասսան է, որը համարում է, որ «մի բուռ ժողովուրդ ենք, եթե իշխանությունը ցանկանա, կարող է ընկույզի միջուկի պես պահել բոլորին», և չի հասկանում, որ իրականում ամբողջ աշխարհում չկա նման բան (բացառությամբ մի քանի՝ նավթով հարուստ երկրների), երբեք երկիրը ժողովրդին չի պահում, այլ ժողովուրդն է պահում երկիրը իր հարկերով, աշխատանքով, զինվորական ծառայությամբ և այլն, որպեսզի նա էլ ապահովի իր անվտանգությունը և ազատ ապրելու իրավունքը…
Դա այն մասսան է, որ հիմա էլ իրենց «սրտի վարչապետի առկայությամբ» շարունակում և շարունակելու է հարկերից խուսափել, ծառայությունից փախչել, օգնություն մուրալ՝ վկայակոչելով իր անվերապահ հավատարմությունը «հեղափոխական գաղափարներին»…
Դա այն մասսան է, որի հոգեբանությունը համընկնում է խորհրդային տարիների հանրահայտ ստեղծագործության հերոսի հոգեբանությանը, այն է՝ «երկիրը դմակ է, իսկ քո ձեռքին՝ դանակ, աշխատիր մեծ կտոր կտրել»: Սակայն ամենացավալին այն է, որ ներկայիս իշխանությունն էլ է նույն հոգեբանությամբ…
Իհարկե, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բռնապետ չէ: Իհարկե՛, ունենք ժողովրդին արժանի իշխանություն: Այս ամենը կարելի էր անգամ զվարճալի համարել, եթե այդքան ցավալի չլիներ… Եթե այսքան ողբերգական չլիներ երկրի ու ժողովրդի համար:
