«Չգիտեմ՝ տղաս որտեղ է, չգիտեմ՝ ո՞ղջ է․․․ ոչինչ չգիտեմ»․ այսօր Անհայտ կորած անձանց միջազգային օրն է

Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն հայտնում է, որ այսօր Անհայտ կորած անձանց միջազգային օրն է, որը հիշատակում է զինված հակամարտության, բռնության, գաղթի ու բնական աղետների հետևանքով անհայտ կորած հարյուր հազարավոր անձանց։ Հայտնում ենք մեր զորակցությունն անհայտ կորածների ընտանիքներին և միասին հիշում նրանց անհայտ կորած հարազատներին։

Այս տարածաշրջանում հազարավոր մարդիկ անհայտ կորել են Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության առնչությամբ։ Հազարավոր ընտանիքներ շարունակում են տառապել՝ անտեղյակ իրենց սիրելիների ճակատագրի մասին։ Այդ մշտական անորոշությունը հուզական առումով հյուծում է ընտանիքներին, թողնում չսպիացող վերքեր։ Ընտանիքներն ապրում են անորոշության խավարում՝ հույսի և հուսալքության սահմանագծին՝ չկարողանալով հաշտվել կամ սգալ։ 

«Չգիտեմ՝ տղաս որտեղ է, չգիտեմ՝ ո՞ղջ է․․․ ոչինչ չգիտեմ»,- ասում է Հայկանուշ Մանուկյանը, ում որդին անհայտ կորել է 2020 թ․-ի աշնանը՝ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության սրացման հետևանքով։ «Խնդրում եմ բոլոր կազմակերպություններին, բոլորին։ Եթե ինչ-որ մի բանով կարող եք օգնել, որևէ տեղեկություն իմանալ, անտարբեր մի՛ եղեք, մի բան արեք»։

Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեն (ԿԽՄԿ) իր փորձագիտությամբ աջակցում է պատկան մարմիններին՝ անհայտ կորած անձանց ճակատագիրը պարզելու և ընտանիքներին պատասխաններ տրամադրելու ուղղությամբ։ Մենք համագործակցում ենք շահագրգիռ կառավարական կառույցների հետ ողջ տարածաշրջանում՝ առաջարկելով մեր տեխնիկական փորձագիտական աջակցությունը։ Հայաստանում ԿԽՄԿ պատվիրակության միջոցով մենք նաև կիսում ենք աշխարհի այլ երկրներում ԿԽՄԿ-ի կուտակած փորձը ՝ ի աջակցություն Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ջանքերին։

«Մենք ցանկանում ենք, որ անհայտ կորած անձանց ընտանիքներն իմանան՝ նրանց հարազատները չեն մոռացվել։ Դուք միայնակ չեք, և մենք շարունակելու ենք աջակցել իշխանություններին՝ ձեռնարկելու հնարավոր բոլոր միջոցներն ընտանիքներին պատասխաններ տրամադրելու համար։ Ընտանիքներն իրավունք ունեն իմանալ՝ ինչ է պատահել իրենց հարազատների հետ, և իշխանությունների պարտականությունն է պաշտպանել այդ իրավունքը»,- ասել է ԿԽՄԿ գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռոբերտ Մարդինին։

ԿԽՄԿ-ն չեզոք, անկողմնակալ և անկախ մարդասիրական կազմակերպություն է, որի բացառապես մարդասիրական առաքելությունն է պաշտպանել զինված հակամարտությունից և բռնության այլ իրավիճակներից տուժած մարդկանց կյանքը և արժանապատվությունը։ Կազմակերպությունն իրականացնում է իր մարդասիրական գործունեությունը տարածաշրջանում 1992 թ.-ից Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության առնչությամբ։
