Հայաստանի կառավարությունը ցինիզմ է դրսևորել անգամ հնգամյա ծրագրում։ «Աուդիտորների պալատի» նախագահ Նաիրի Սարգսյանը կարծում է՝ այս ծրագիրը բովանդակությունից զուրկ է և ծաղր շարքային քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ։ Նշելով, որ ծրագիրը հերթական բարի ցանկությունների փաստաթուղթն է, Նաիրի Սարգսյանն առնվազն ցինիզմ է համարում հինգ տարում նվազագույն աշխատավարձը 68 հազարից 85 հազար դրամ դարձնելու խոստումը։

««Բյուջեի մասին» օրենքով տարեկան կտրվածքով նախատեսվում է 4 պլյուս/մինուս 0,5 տոկոս գնաճ: Այդ գնաճը չեն կարողանում պահել, ընդ որում՝ գնաճի են ենթարկվում առաջին սպառման ապրանքները, ինչպես վերջերս եղավ 50, 60, նույնիսկ 80 և 100 տոկոսով: Վառելիքի շուկայում նույնիսկ 200 տոկոսով գնաճ տեղի ունեցավ: Եթե հաշվում ենք միայն հինգ տարվա բյուջեի գնաճը, որը մոտավորապես կլինի 30 տոկոս, նվազագույն աշխատավարձը և կենսաթոշակը գնաճի հետևից չեն հասցնում»,- նշում է «Աուդիտորների պալատի» նախագահը՝ արձանագրելով, որ 68 հազար դրամ նվազագույն աշխատավարձն ավելի արժեքավոր է, քան 2026 թ.-ի 85 հազար դրամը, այսինքն՝ բարելավում տեղի չի ունենում:

Նաիրի Սարգսյանը քննադատում է ծրագիրը, նշում, որ խոստումների կատարման հիմքեր չկան։ Կառավարությունը կարևորել է վերամշակող արդյունաբերությունը, գիտելիքահենք տնտեսությունը և այլն:

«Որպեսզի Հայաստանում զարգացնենք վերամշակող արդյունաբերությունը, ռազմարդյունաբերությունը, պետք է ստեղծենք հիմքեր, իսկ դրանք չունենք: Չունենք հիմքեր նաև, թե ինչի հաշվին պետք է տուրիզմը զարգացնենք»,- նշել է տնտեսագետը:

Նրա խոսքով, հատկապես խնդրահարույց են գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի խոստումները։ Պատերազմից հետո արոտավայրերը, խոտհարքները վտանգի տակ են, նաև լրջորեն կրճատվել են: Շուկայից գյուղացիները դուրս են մղվում, իսկ իշխանությունները խոստանում են գյուղատնտեսության զարգացում՝ չասելով, թե ինչի հաշվին են իրականացնելու դա։ Լուրջ վտանգներ են պարունակում, ըստ Նաիրի Սարգսյանի, նաև հնարավոր ապաշրջափակումը, երբ հայ արտադրողը կանգնելու է բիզնեսը կորցնելու վտանգի առջև, երբ սահմանների բացման արդյունքում թուրքական ավելի էժան ապրանքները հեղեղեն մեր շուկաները։ Մինչդեռ, Նաիրի Սարգսյանը տարօրինակ է համարում, որ խորհրդարանում բովանդակային քննարկում չեղավ այս և մյուս հարցերի շուրջ, իսկ իշխանությունն ու ընդդիմությունը բզկտում են միմյանց։ Ճանաչված մասնագետը հորդորում է ուշքի գալ, անհապաղ քննարկումներ սկսել՝ տնտեսության վերականգնման, երկրի անվտանգության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ։
