Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհահատվածը երեկվանից կանոնավոր աշխատում է։ Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում տեղեկությունը հայտնեց Սյունիքի մարզի Շուռնուխ համայնքի վարչական ղեկավար Հակոբ Արշակյանը։

«Ճանապարհի բացման հետ կապված գյուղացիների տրամադրությունն էլ է փոխվել, մարդիկ հանգիստ գնում-գալիս են»,- ասաց նա։

Որոտանի ճանապարհին տեղակայված արգելապատնեշները, ըստ Շուռնուխի վարչական ղեկավարի, տեղադրվել են երթևեկության արագությունը կանոնակարգելու համար, բայց որոշակի դժվարություններ են առաջացնում։ Արշակյանը դեռևս չի հասցրել անձամբ երթևեկել այդ հատվածով, փոխարենը պատմում է բնակիչների տպավորությունները։

«Երթևեկողներն ասում են, որ Որոտանի հատվածում, որտեղ նախկինում հայ վարորդները համեմատաբար ավելի արագ էին վարում, տեղադրված պատնեշները կարող են ծառայել նաև այլ նպատակով»,- նշեց Արշակյանը։

Թե ինչ նպատակի մասին է խոսքը` Արշակյանը չմեկնաբանեց։

Ինչ վերաբերում է Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհին նոր ուղեկալ տեղադրելու խոսակցություններին, Արշակյանի խոսքով` քննարկվում է Նոր Առաջաձորի հատվածում ոչ թե ռուս-ադրբեջանական, այլ հայ-ռուսական նոր ուղեկալ տեղադրելու հարցը։

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ գրում էին Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհին ռուս-ադրբեջանական նոր ուղեկալի տեղակայման մասին։ ԱԱԾ Սահմանապահ զորքերի հրամանատար գնդապետ Արման Մարալչյանը հերքել էր այդ լուրը։
