INTERVIEWԹշնամին օգոստոսի 25-ի երեկոյան փակել է Սյունիքի մարզի Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը, իսկ հաջորդ առավոտյան՝ Գորիս-Որոտան ճանապարհը, այս պահին մի քանի գյուղ գտնվում են շրջափակման մեջ։ Արդեն երկու օր է՝ ճանապարհները բացելու վերաբերյալ բանակցություններ են ընթանում։
168.am-ի հետ զրույցում Կապանի համայնքապետ Գևորգ Փարսյանն ասաց, որ բանակցությունները որևէ արդյունք չեն տվել։
«Ճանապարհներն այս պահին փակ են, բանակցությունները որևէ արդյունք չեն տվել։ Իմ տեղեկություններով՝ բանակցությունները պետք է շարունակվեն։ Հայկական կողմից բանակցություններին մասնակցում են սահմանապահ զորքերը»,- նշեց Գևորգ Փարսյանը։
Ինչ վերաբերում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից Սյունիքի մարզում հայկական տեղանուններն ադրբեջաներենով փոխարինելու հանգամանքին, Գևորգ Փարսյանն ասաց, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին ասածները դեռևս չի լսել.
«Ժամանակ չի եղել կառավարության նիստին հետևելու համար, զբաղված եմ»,- նշեց Կապանի համայնքապետը։
