Ռուս-ադրբեջանական դիրքային պայքար Սյունիքում

Երեկ երեկոյան մենք գրել էինք, որ ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքերը շրջափակման մեջ են առել ադրբեջանական 75 զինծառայողի, որոնք եկել փակել են Գորիս-Կապան մայրուղին եւ արգելափակել մեր միջպետական ճանապարհը, որը տանում է դեպի մեր որոշ գյուղեր եւ Իրան։ Ոմանք լավ չեն հասկացել մեր հրապարակման իմաստը։
Բանն այն է, որ որոշ հատվածներում, ըստ Գուգլ-քարտեզի, ճանապարհը տեղ-տեղ իբրեւ թե մտնում է Ադրբեջանի հանրապետության սուվերեն տարածք։ Այդ հատվածներում ադրբեջանցիները պատերազմից հետո երկու կողմից ցուցանակներ էին դրել՝ «բարի գալուստ Ադրբեջան» գրություններով եւ հսկում էին ճանապարհը, սակայն հայկական կողմը՝ ռուսական սահմանապահ զորքի հսկողությամբ անարգել օգտվում էր այդ ճանապարհից։ Հիմա հենց այդ տարածքներում են առաջ եկել ադրբեջանցիները՝ սեպի նման խրվելով մեր տարածքում եւ անգամ ճանապարհից դուրս գալով։ Եւ ստացվել է, որ բոլոր այն հատվածներում, որտեղ ճանապարհը՝ ըստ գուգլ-մեպ-ի շեղվում է ՀՀ տարածքից եւ համարվում է ադրբեջանական տարածք, իսկ դրանք մի քանիսն են, այդ հատվածներում թշնամու զինվորները եկել են՝ որպես տեր-տիրական կանգնել։ Սակայն ռուս սահմանապահներն այս պահվածքից խիստ վրդովված են եւ առաջ եկած ու լկտիացած ադրբեջանցիներին վերցրել են աքցանի մեջ եւ զրկել տեղաշարժի հնարավորությունից։ Այնպես որ հիմա դիրքային պատերազմ է ընթանում եւ երկուստեք պայքար՝ ռուս եւ ադրբեջանցի սահմանապահների միջեւ։
Վերջիններս էլ ազատ չեն իրենց գործողություններում եւ զրկված են անարգել տեղաշարժվելու հնարավորությունից։ Եւ պարզ չէ, թե այս պայքարն ինչով կավարտվի՝ ադրբեջանցինե՞րը կնահանջեն, թե՞ ռուսները թույլ կտան, որ նրանք հիմնավորվեն մեր տարածքում։
Ի դեպ, բազմիցս ասվել է, որ գուգլ-մեպ-ը կամ GPS-ը չի կարող սահմանների ճշգրտման միջոց լինել, քանի որ գուգլում սահմանները «գծելն» ընդամենը ֆինանսական ծախսեր ենթադրող գործողություն է։ Լավատեղյակ անձինք ասում են, որ Սյունիքի միջպետական ճանապարհն իրականում ՀԽՍՀ տարածով է անցնում, պարզապես՝ ճանապարհի սպասարկման գոտին է եղել Ադրբեջանական ՀԽՍՀ տարածքում, ինչի մասին ՍՍՀՄ տարիներին երկու հանրապետությունները ջենտլմենական պայմանավորվածության են եկել։ Այսինքն, ՀԽՍՀ-ն դիմել է Ադրբեջանի հանրապետության ղեկավարությանը եւ պաշտոնապես ստացել համաձայնություն, որ ճանապարհի սպասարկման գոտին Հայաստանը կարող է օգտագործել:
