Այսօր կառավարության հերթական նիստին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը անդրադարձավ կառավարության՝ երեկ Ազգային ժողովի ընդունած ծրագրին և նշեց, որ 2021 թվականին նախընտրկան քարոզարշավի ժամանակ նույնիսկ քայլելիս մարդկանց ասած ամեն խոստում պետք է տեղ գտնի կառավարության միջոցառումների շրջանակում, և անհրաժեշտ է խումբ ձևավորել, որ ևս մեկ անգամ դիտի նախընտրական տասնյակ ժամեր տևող քարոզարշավը և կառանձնացնի կառավարության անելիքները՝ ըստ խմբերի և ոլորտների։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն անդրադարձավ իրենց խաղաղ զարգացման դարաշրջան բացելու օրակարգին և Ադրբեջանի գործողություններին ու նշեց, որ ճանապարհների հետ կապված այս գործողությունները հակասում են ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին և հույս հայտնեց, որ իրավիճակը րոպե առաջ կկարգավորվի։

Նա նշեց, որ քաղաքական առումով իր համար միանշանակ է՝ Ադրբեջանի այս քայլերն ուղղած են խաղաղության օրակարգին հարվածելուն, այդ օրակարգը վարկաբեկելուն։ «Ադրբեջանի պահվածքը վկայում է, որ նման միջադեպեր էլի կարող են լինել։ Մեր ծառայությունները զգոն, ուշադիր պետք է լինեն, բայց մյուս կողմից մեզ ամուր նյարդեր են պետք և մեր ռազմավարական գիծը՝ խաղաղության օրակարգը պետք է զարգացնենք, առաջ տանենք»,–ասաց նա։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ Սյունիքի ճանապարհների հետ կապված իրադրության ստեղծումը իրենց համար անկանխատեսելի չէր, և իրենք այս ընթացքում աշխատել են նոր ենթակառուցվածքների ձևավորման ուղղությամբ և շարունակելու են աշխատել։ «Սակայն Էյվազի և Չայնազի հատվածներում ճանապարհի վերաբացումը տարածաշրջանային կայունության շատ լավ խորհրդանիշ կարող է դառնալ։ Ադրբեջանական կողմը պնդում է, որ ստեղծված իրադրությունը կապվում է նախորդ օրը տեղի ունեցած միջադեպի հետ, երբ դանակահարվել է Ադրբեջանի սահմանապահ զորքերի ծառայող։ Մեր նախնական ստուգումները ցույց են տվել, որ հայկական կողմը որևէ առնչություն չունի ենթադրվող միջադեպի հետ»,–ասաց նա։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ շարունակելու են ճանապարհների վերանորոգման աշխատանքները, և Տաթև–Աղվանի ճանապարհի հիմնանորոգումը պետք է ավարտվի մինչև տարեվերջ։ Վերադառնալով տարածաշրջանային խաղաղության թեմային՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ասաց, որ որոշակի դրական ազդակներ կան Թուրքիայի կողմից և դրանք կգնահատեն և դրական ազդակներին դրական ազդակներ կտան։
