Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ ժողովրդի թիկունքում և գաղտնի ընդունած որոշումները

Ազգային ժողովում իր ելույթի ընթացքում վարչապետ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ի փատաթուղթը ստորագրելու որոշումը կայացրել է ինքը՝ առանց որևէ մեկի կարծիքը հարցնելու: Ըստ էության նա փաստեց նաև, որ իր թիմակիցներից շատերն էլ տեղյակ չէին ստորագրվելիք փաստաթղթի մասին: Այս հանգամանքը ընդունում է մի քաղաքական գործիչ, ով հեղափոխության օրերին խոստանում էր ժողովրդի թիկունքում որևէ քայլ չանել, չստել և չընդունել որոշումներ՝ առանց ժողովրդի կարծիքը հաշվի առնելու:

Դրանից հետո պարզվեց, որ օրինակ ՝ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը տեղեկություն չունի՝ ինչ փաստաթուղթ է ստորագրում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Այս մասին լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտնել էր այն ժամանակվա ԱԳ փոխնախարար Ավետ Ադոնցը:

Հիմա կարողա՞ ասեք Ռուսաստանի, Ֆրանսիայի նախագահի հետ ինչ խոսում ենք հրարակենք. ամոթ ա, ամոթ ա՝ այսպես Փաշինյանը արդարանում էր ԱԺ ամբիոնից, փորձելով բացատրել թե ինչու չի բացահայտում իր և միջազգային գործընկերների միջև եղած պայմանավորվածությունները:

Գործադիրի նիստերում վարկային ծրագրերի ներգրավումը ներկայացվում է գաղտնի ռեժիմի ընթացակարգով։ Մի կողմից կառավարությունը խորագիտություն է դրսևորում, ինչպես ասում են, «ինչքան քիչ գիտես, այնքան լավ ես քնում», բայց հետո... Ի վերջո, գալու է այս պարտքի տոկոսների և մայր գումարի մարման ժամկետը, ինչպես ասում են, «մախաթը պարկում չի պահվի»։ Փաստացի՝ հանրությունը տեղյակ չէ ինչ վարկեր է ներգրավում կառավարությունը և ինչի համար:

Փաշինյանը գաղտնի որոշմամբ բարձրացրեց նաև կառավարության անդամների աշխատավարձերը, այդ մասին հանրությունը իմացավ՝ պոստֆակտում: Հպարտ քաղաքացիների հետ այդ քայլը չքննարկվեց , նրանց կարծիքը որևէ մեկը չհարցրեց՝ արդյո՞ք նրանք կողմ են, որ իրենց վճարած հարկերից նախարարների աշխատավարձերը բարձրացվեն, ոչ թե օրինակ՝ ուսուցիչներիները, կամ բուժաշխատողներինը:

Փաշինյանը հպարտ քաղաքացիներից գաղտնի է պահում, թե ինչ պայմաններով և ինչպես են ընթանալու ՀՀ-ի և Ադրբեջանի միջև սահմանագծման ճանապարհները:

Միայն լրջագույն ճնշումից հետո վարչապետը ընդունեց, որ առկա է անկլավների ճակատագրի մասին բանավոր համաձայնագիր, սակայն, չմանրմասնեց՝ ինչ է այն իրենից ենթադրում:

2021 թվականի մայիսի 20-ին ՀՀ կառավարության նիստին վարչապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ եռակողմ բանակցություններ են ընթանում Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև, և ձեռք են բերվել նախնական համաձայնություններ մի շարք լուծումների վերաբերյալ, որոնք, ըստ Փաշինյանի, «100 տոկոսով համապատասխանում են Հայաստանի շահերին»: Փաշինյանը չի պատրաստվում այս հարցը քննարկել քաղաքացիների հետ և տեղյակ պահել նրանց, թե ինչ լուծումների մասին  է խոսքը:

Ստացվում է, որ Փաշինյանը խախտել է իր իսկ տված խոստումը և ժողովրդի թիկունքում ընդունել անչափ կարևոր որոշումներ՝ տհաճ փաստի առաջ կանգնեցնելով հպարտ քաղաքացիներին...
