Բանակցողներից մեկի հետ զրույցի ընթացքում ես տեղեկացա, որ բանակցություններն ընթանում են դրական ուղղությամբ, իսկ երեկոյան Գորիս-Կապան ճանապարհը կփակվի: Այս մասին օգոստոսի 26-ին լրագրողներին տված հարցազրույցում ասաց Հայաստանում իշխող «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության պատգամավոր Նարեկ Ղահրամանյան:

Նրա խոսքով՝ երեկ ադրբեջանցիները փակել են ճանապարհի մի հատված «վիճելի տարածքներում», որոնք, ըստ խորհրդային քարտեզների, իրենցն է: «Այս ուղղություններով նրանք փակել են ճանապարհը կամ «Ուրալ»-ով, կամ այլ ավտոմեքենայով: Այս պահին ճանապարհը շարունակում է փակ մնալ»,- ասաց պատգամավորը:

Նարեկ Ղահրամանյանը պարզաբանեց, որ ադրբեջանցիները նշում են, որ իբր հայ զինծառայողները վիրավորել են իրենց զինծառայողին:

«Սակայն, որքանով ես տեղյակ եմ, հայ սահմանապահներն իրենց հետ սվին-դանակ չունեն: Այս գործողություններն ուղղված են ճնշում գործադրելուն եւ լարվածության աճին, սակայն դա ապարդյուն է: Ըստ ԶԼՄ-ների՝ փոխհրաձգություն, զոհեր եւ վիրավորներ չկան: Սխալ են նաեւ այն տեղեկությունները, թե գյուղերը տարհանվում են: Ես խոսել եմ մարզպետի, նրա տեղակալի, բնակչության հետ»,- հավելեց նա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է այն տեղեկատվությանը, որ Գորիս-Որոտան ճանապարհի հատվածն էլ է փակված, ապա այս առնչությամբ ինքը, ինչպես պարզաբանեց պատգամավորը, տեղեկություններ չունի:
