VIDEOԳորիս-Կապան 21 կիլոմետրանոց ճանապարհի այն հատվածներում, որոնք ԽՍՀՄ քարտեզներով Խորհրդային Հայաստանի տարածքից դուրս են եղել, փակել են ադրբեջանցիները՝ որպես պատճառ բերելով, թե նախորդ գիշեր միջադեպ է տեղի ունեցել, եւ հայկական կողմից մարդիկ են մտել եւ դանակահարել են ադրբեջանցի սահմանապահներին: Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 26-ին, ԱԺ-ում եզրափակիչ ելույթում հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով ադրբեջանցիների կողմից երեկ Գորիս-Կապան միջպետական ճանապարհը փակելուն:
«Մենք պաշտոնապես ասում ենք, որ դանակահարության վերաբերյալ տեղեկությունը իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում»,-ասաց նա:
Նրա խոսքով՝ նաեւ փորձ է արվում տարածել, թե ՀՀ կառավարությունը ժողովրդի թիկունքում որեւէ բան է արել. «Դեկտեմբերի 19-ին ես հանդես եմ եկել ուղերձով եւ խոսել եմ Գորիս-Կապան հատվածում խնդիրների մասին, ասել եմ, որ մեր որոշ ճանապարհների անխափան գործունեությունը կարող է դժվարանալ, բայց դրանք լուծելի են, եւ դրանց ուղղությամբ մենք ջանքեր ենք գործադրում, այդ թվում՝ եռակողմ փաստաթուղթ ունենալու միջոցով: Կհարցնեք՝ ունեցա՞նք եռակողմ փաստաթուղթ, ո՛չ, չունեցանք: Բայց այն, ինչ տեղի է ունեցել, հակասում է, ինչպես գրված է ՊՆ 2020 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 19-ի հայտարարության մեջ, պայմանավորվածությանը, որը ձեռք է բերվել ՀՀ-ի եւ ՌԴ-ի միջեւ։ Եվ ամրագրվել է այդ պայմանավորվածությունը։ Եռակողմ հայտարարություն, ինչի պատրաստման մասին ես ասել եմ, չի ստորագրվել։ Սա է ամբողջ խնդիրը»:
Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ ասֆալտապատում են Կապան-Աղվանի այլընտրանքային ճանապարհը. «Այն մեծ տեմպերով ասֆալտապատում ենք։ Նորմալ, գրունտային ճանապարհ կա։ Ես նկատի ունեմ՝ Սյունիքի մարզը, իհարկե, Հայաստանից կտրված չէ»։
Նրա խոսքով՝ իրենք կանխատեսել են, որ այդպիսի իրավիճակներ կարող են լինեն. «Այնպես ենք պայմանավորվել, որ տրանսպորտային երթեւեկությունը կարգավորենք»։
