USAID-ը 8.5 մլն դոլար է հատկացրել Հայաստանի համայնքների խմբերի զարգացման համար

USAID-ը 8.5 մլն դոլար է հատկացրել Հայաստանի համայնքների կլաստերների զարգացման համար, եւս 5 մլն դոլար կհատկացնի Զարգացման շվեյցարական գործակալությունը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի թղթակցին հայտնել է ՏԿԱԻՆ Տեղական ինքնակառավարման վարչության պետ Աշոտ Գիլոյանը: Գումարը կտրամադրվի Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման ֆոնդին:
Համայնքների 14 խմբերում, որոնք պլանավորում են միավորել, ընտրվելու են զարգացման ծրագրեր եւ ֆինանսավորվելու են: Հիմնականում դրանք վերաբերելու են ենթակառուցվածքներին:
«Մենք շարունակում ենք դիմումներ հավաքել վարչակազմերից եւ գյուղացիներից: Շատ բաներում դրանք համընկնում են, այնպես որ պետք չէ մտածել, որ մարդկանց մի բան է պետք, իսկ ավագանին, իր շահերից ելնելով, այլ բան է ուզում անել: Եվ իհարկե ընտրում ենք ծրագրերը, որոնք կծառայեն ոչ թե մեկ գյուղի, այլ համայնքների խմբին»,- ասել է Գիլոյանը: Ընտրությունն անցնելու է Համաշխարհային բանկի չափանիշներով, իսկ միջոցները խմբերի միջեւ բաշխվելու են համաչափ:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 14 խմբերից 3-ում (Թումանյան, Դիլիջան, Տաթեւ) արդեն համայնքների խոշորացման հանրաքվեներ են կայացել: Այդ համայնքներին կմիանան 7-8 բնակավայրեր:
«Մնացած 11 հանրաքվեները դեռ նշանակված չեն: Սակայն ներդրումային ծրագրերը ամեն դեպքում սկսվեկլու են», - ասել է Գիլոյանը:
