Երևանի լցակայաններում դարձյալ հեղուկ գազի դեֆիցիտ է. 1 լիտրի գինը հասնում է 290 դրամի (ֆոտո)
ECONOMICSԵրևանի լցակայանների մեծ մասում մեկ շաբաթից ավելի է հեղուկ գազ չկա։ NEWS.am–ին ահազանգած վարորդները դժգոհում են, որ մեքենաները լիցքավորելու համար ստիպված են օգտվել քաղաքից դուրս գտնվող լցակայաններից։ Օգտվելով հեղուկ գազի դեֆիցիտից, մայրաքաղաքի որոշ լցակայաններում 1 լիտրի գինը տատանվում է 290-300 դրամի սահմաններում։ Մինչդեռ վարորդները դժգոհում են, որ ներկայումս նույն քանակով վառելիք լիցքավորելիս ավելի պակաս ճանապարհ են անցում։ Մի մասն էլ ահազանգում է, որ եղած հեղուկ վառելիքը կեղտոտ է, և լիցքավորման արդյունքում խափանվում են գազի սարքավորումները։ Ի դեպ՝ հեղուկ գազի պաշարները սպառվել են անգամ հեղուկ գազ ներկրող խոշոր՝ «Գազ-պրոպան» և CPS ընկերությունների պահեստներում։ «Գազ-պրոպան» ընկերությունն օրինակ հեղուկ գազը ներկրում է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունից, որտեղ վերջին մեկ ամսում հեղուկ գազի գինն ավելացել է։
Օգոստոսի 16–ի դրությամբ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնությունում հեղուկ գազի մանրածախ գինը կազմում է 212 դրամ: Վառելիքի ներկրմամբ զբաղվող CPS խոշոր ընկերությունն էլ հեղուկ գազը ներկրում է Իրանից ու Իրաքից։
Նշենք, որ ներկայումս ոլորտում գործունեություն է ծավալում ավելի քան 50 տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտ։ Մրցակցության հանձնաժողովը մեկ ամիս առաջ շտապեց հայտարարել, որ գերիշխող դիրք ունեցող տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտներ չկան շուկայում։ Այն դեպքում, որ 2018 թվականի հունիսի 27–ին նույն մրցակցության հանձնաժողովը հայտարարում էր, որ 2017 թվականին հեղուկ գազի առավել մեծաքանակ ներմուծումներ են իրականացրել 3 ընկերություններ: Այսպես. ընդհանուր ծավալի 68 տոկոսը ներմուծել է «Մուլտի Լեոն» ՍՊԸ-ն, 13 տոկոսը՝ «ԱսՕիլ» ՍՊԸ-ն և 6 տոկոսը՝ «Սադիրան» ՓԲԸ-ն: Վերոնշյալ տվյալներից պարզ է դառնում, որ հեղուկ գազի ներմուծման և իրացման շուկայում «Մուլտի Լեոն» ՍՊԸ-ն զբաղեցնում է գերիշխող դիրք:
Անշուշտ, այս տարիների ընթացքում շուկայում փոփոխություններ կլինեին, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ փոքր մասնաբաժին ունեցող ընկերությունները չեն կարող ազդել հեղուկ վառելիքի գնի վրա՝ չհիմնավորված բարձրացնելով։ Հատկանշական է, որ վերջին տարիների ընթացքում բենզին և դիզելային վառելիք ներկրող ընկերությունների բենզալցակայաններում տեղադրվեցին նաև հեղուկ գազի լիցքավորման կետեր, այսինքն՝ հեղուկ վառելիք ներկրողները սկսեցին վերահսկել նաև հեղուկ գազի շուկան։ Այն, որ տարիներ շարունակ բենզինի և դիզելային վառելիքի շուկաներն աչքի են ընկնում մոնոպոլացման բարձր մակարդակով, գաղտնիք չէ։ Այսօր էլ, ըստ էության, մոնոպոլիստներն իրենց ազդեցությունն են հաստատել նաև հեղուկ գազի շուկայում։
