SOCIETYՊՆ զորակոչային և զորահավաքային համալրման ծառայության պետ Արմեն Ավթանդիլյանը «Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության» եթերում ասել է՝ ովքեր են ընդգրկված օգոստոսի 25-ից նոյեմբերի 25-ը հայտարարված պահեստազորի հավաքներին: «Այն պահեստազորայիններն են, որոնք օրենքով սահմանված կարգով ծառայել են ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ում, ունեն կոչում՝ շարքայինից մինչև ավագ ենթասպա և ծառայությունից հետո հաշվառվել են զինկոմիսարիատներում՝ ըստ իրենց զինվորական մասնագիտության։ Իսկ կրտսեր սպայական կազմը նաև այն պահեստազորի սպաներն են, որոնք անցել են ռազմական ամբիոններ։ Ինչպես գիտեք, մեր քաղաքացիների մի մասը ծառայել է ԶՈՒ-ում, իսկ մի մասն ստացել է տարկետումներ։ Նրանք նույնպես ներգրավվելու են այս վարժական հավաքներին, բայց տարիքային ցենզը չի գերազանցելու 55 տարեկանը», – ասնել է Ավթանդիլյանը, ապա հավելել, որ հավաքներին չեն ներգրավվելու այն պահեստազորայինները, ովքեր ունեն առողջական խնդիրներ և ազատված են զինվորական ծառայությունից. կան նաև այլ դեպքեր։
