Լկտի և անզուսպ ավտորիտարիզմ․ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրահանգով Արմեն Չարչյանին կալանավորելու են

Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունները՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, որոշել են կանգ չառնել որևէ ապօրինության առջև և մինչև վերջ հետապնդել քաղաքական հակառակորդներին։ Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը՝ դատավոր Ռուբիկ Մխիթարյանի նախագահությամբ, այսօր բավարարել է «Իզմիրլյան» ԲԿ նախկին տնօրեն, «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմեն Չարչյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու որոշման դեմ դատախազության բողոքը․ անվանի բժիշկը կրկին կալանավորվելու է։
Մեկ ամիս առաջ՝ հուլիսի 21-Ին Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ դատավոր Վահե Միսակյանի նախագահությամբ, բավարարել էր Արմեն Չարչյանին գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակելու մասին պաշտպանների միջնորդությունը՝ գրավի չափ սահմանելով 15 մլն ՀՀ դրամը։ Մեղադրող դատախազ Ազատ Մարգարյանն էլ վերաքննիչ բողոք էր ներկայացրել՝ պահանջելով բեկանել Արմեն Չարչյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը գրավով փոխարինելու մասին դատարանի որոշումը, իսկ Չարչյանին կրկին կալանավորել։ Եվ այսօր, վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը անվրդով կատարել է իրեն տրված ապօրինի հրահանգը, և ընդդեմ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության որոշում կայացրել։ Չարչյանի փաստաբաններն ահազանգում են՝ Արմեն Չարչյանն այժմ հանդիսանալով ԱԺ պատգամավոր և ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 96-րդ հոդվածի ուժով օժտված լինելով՝ չի կարող առանց ԱԺ թույլտվության ազատությունից զրկվել։ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Գեղամ Նազարյանն էլ նշել է, թե Սա ո՛չ «Հայաստան» դաշինքի դեմ ուղղված գործողություն է, ո՛չ էլ Արմեն Չարչյանի, սա գործողություն է Հայաստան պետության դեմ:
Վաղուց արդեն հայտնի փաստ է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի կարողանում հանդուրժել իր քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսների գոյության փաստն իսկ, ու քանի որ դեռ չի կարող գնդակահարել կամ աքսորել նրանց, ստիպված է բավարարվել դատարանով կալանավորելով և անազատության մեջ պահելով։ Գործող վարչախմբին «օրենք», «իրավունք», «արդարադատություն» հասկացությունները խորթ են, հանուն սեփական իշխանության պահպանման, նրանք պատրաստ են անցնել իրավական և բարոյական բոլոր արգելքների վրայով։
