Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ՌԴ Պետական դրոշին նվիրված միջոցառում է տեղի ունեցել, որը սկսվել է դրոշի բարձրացման արարողությամբ: Այս մասին ասվում է ՌԴ ՊՆ տեղեկագրում:

«Օգստոստի 22-ին մենք նշում ենք մեր երկրի Պետական դրոշի օրը, այդ տոնը կոչված է միավորելու բոլորին, ովքեր նվիրված են իրենց հայրենիքին, ում համար թանկ է իր երկրի, իր ժողովրդի պատմությունը»,-անձնակազմին դիմել է ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմի փոխհրամանատար գեներալ-մայոր Օլեգ Եգորովը:

Հանդիսավոր արարողությանը մասնակցել են խաղաղապահներն ու կամավորները: «Այսօր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի մշտական տեղակայման տարածքում տոնական միջոցառում է տեղի ունեցալ ՌԴ դրոշի օրվա առթիվ, ՌԴ-ից բերվել է ռուսական 50 մետր երկարությամբ և 5 մետր լայնությամբ դրոշը: Այն ցուցադրվել է ողջ անձնակազմին»,- ասել է Եգորովը:

Միջոցառումն ավարտվել է 50 մետրանոց դրոշի՝ հանդիսավոր երթով ցուցադրմամբ և ռազմահայրենասիրական երգերի կատարմամբ:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նոյեմբերի 9-ին Ռուսաստանի, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահների տեղակայման շուրջ պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել, ստորագրվել է հայտարարություն, որով Ադրբեջանին են անցնում Արցախի յոթ շրջանները, Շուշին ու Հադրութը` բացառությամբ մի գյուղի, գյուղեր Ասկերանի ու Մարտունու շրջանից, ինչպես նաև Մարտակերտի շրջանի Թալիշ և Մատաղիս գյուղերը։
