Դեսպանատան աշխատակցուհու նկատմամբ կողոպուտ կատարելու դեպքը բացահայտվել է
SOCIETY2021թ. հունիսի 19-ին ՀՀ-ում Արգենտինայի դեսպանության աշխատակցուհուց հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ նույն օրը Երևան քաղաքի Հանրապետության փողոցում անհայտ անձը բացահայտ հափշտակել է իր պայուսակը և դիմել փախուստի, որից հետո՝ րոպեներ անց, մեկ այլ անձ վերադարձրել է պայուսակը, սակայն պարզվել է, որ պայուսակից բացակայոմ է կանխիկ գումար, դիվանագիտական հավատարմագիրը և բանկային քարտը:
Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Կենտրոնի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 176-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 324-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, որը նախաքննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին և ընդունվել վարույթ: Դեսպանատան աշխատակցուհին ճանաչվել է տուժող:
Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև՝ ՀՀ ոստիկանոթյան աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Երևան քաղաքի բնակիչ է՝ 22 տարեկան:
Օպերատիվ հետախուզական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում երիտասարդը հայտնաբերվել և ձերբակալվել է՝ կողոպուտ կատարելու, փաստաթղթեր հափշտակելու կասկածանքով, և հարցաքննվել՝ տալով ինքնախոստովանական ցուցմունք:
