ՀՀ ՊՆ զորակոչային և զորահավաքային համալրման ծառայության պետ Արմեն Ավթանդիլյանը «Զինուժ» մեդիայի հետ զրույցում  պարզաբանել է, թե ովքեր կմասնակցեն եռամսյան հավաքներին։

«Ղեկավարվելով «Զինվորական ծառայության և զինծառայողի կարգավիճակի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 58-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով և «Պաշտպանության մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 28-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, կառավարության 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 18-ի N 1356-Ն որոշմամբ, պահեստազորայինների ռազմական ունակությունների կատարելագործման և վերապատրաստման նպատակով, 2021 թվականի օգոստոսի 25-ից մինչև նոյեմբերի 25-ը հայտարարվում է պահեստազորի առաջին խմբի առաջին կարգում հաշվառված շարքային, ենթասպայական և սպայական կազմերի պահեստազորայինների եռամսյա վարժական հավաքներ:

Ըստ անհրաժեշտության, հավաքների մասնակիցները կներգրավվեն նաև մարտական հերթապահության։ Վարժական հավաքների ապահովման համար, երեք ամիս ժամկետով, ռազմատրանսպորտային պարտականություններ ունեցող մարմիններից կներգրավվի ընդհանուր մինչև 110 միավոր տրանսպորտային միջոց: Հավաքներին մասնակցելու ողջ ընթացքում քաղաքացիները կհամարվեն զինծառայողներ, կօգտվեն զինծառայողների համար սահմանված բոլոր բավարարումներից և սոցիալական արտոնություններից, կպահպանվեն նրանց քաղաքացիական աշխատատեղերը, ինչպես նաև հավաքների յուրաքանչյուր ամսվա համար կստանան վարձատրություն՝ նշանակված զինվորական պաշտոնի համար նախատեսված պաշտոնային դրույքաչափով՝ կախված զինվորական կոչումից և մի շարք այլ գործոններից։ Հավաքներին մասնակցությունը, օրացուցային հաշվարկով, կներառվի քաղաքացու զինվորական ծառայության կամ աշխատանքային ընդհանուր ստաժում: Հավաքներից խուսափելը առաջացնելու է քրեաիրավական հետևանքներ»,-ասել է նա:
