Եթե ամեն անգամ կոշիկները հանելուց հետո տհաճ հոտ եք զգում, ապա պետք չէ հավատալ, որ այն կանցնի ոտքերը լվանալով և վերջ: Սա հիվանդություն է և դրա դեմ պետք է պայքարել: Սակայն պետք էլ չէ անհանգստանալ, քանի որ խնդիրը լուծելի է, հարկավոր է պարզապես պարտաճանաչ կերպով հետևել մի քանի խորհուրդների:

Նախ՝ պետք է, որ ոտքերը լվացվեն խնամքով և մանրամասն:Տհաճ հոտն առաջանում է քրտինքից, որը թթուներ է պարունակում: Բնականաբար, լվանալով ոտքերը, դուք դադարեցնում եք քրտնարտադրությունը: Ոտքերի հաճախակի լվացումը բուրավետ օճառով ու մանրակրկիտ չորացումը ժամանակավորապես վերացնում են հոտը: Սակայն հարկ է հիշել նաև, որ ոտքերը պետք չէ լվանալ այնքան, որ վնասեք արտաքին մաշկը: Կարելի է շատ քրտնարտադրության դեպքում մի քանի անգամ լվանալ, բայց քանի դեռ մաշկի թեփոտում չեք նկատել: Եթե զգում եք, որ տհաճ հոտը չի վերանում, անցեք հաջորդ փուլին: Սկզբում ընդունեք ոտքի լոգանքներ` սառը և տաք ջրով, որպեսզի հեռացնեք արյան հոսքը ոտքերից և դրանով իսկ նվազեցնեք քրտնարտադրությունը: Ապա ոտքի լոգանք ընդունեք սառույցի խորանարդիկներով և կիտրոնի հյութով: Հետո տրորեք ոտքերը ինչ-որ բանով, որը սպիրտ է պարունակում: Տաք եղանակին, երբ ոտքերը ավելի հաճախ են քրտնում, այս գործողություններն անցկացրեք ամեն օր: Եթե դուք տառապում եք դիաբետով կամ մեկ այլ հիվանդությամբ` կապված արյան շրջանառության հետ, ընդհանրապես մի՛ դիմեք այս միջոցառմանը: Իսկ շատ քրտնող ոտքերի դեպքում լվացեք դրանք աղային լուծույթում՝ ավելացնելով մեկ լիտր ջրին կես բաժակ խոշոր աղ: Դրանից հետո մի՛ ողողեք ոտքերը և պարզապես չորացրեք:

Ոտքերի տհաճ հոտի դեմ կարելի է օգտագործել նաև թևատակերի քրտնարտադրության դեմ օգտագործվող հիգիենիկ միջոցները: Ոտքերի վատ հոտը կանխելու համար օգտագործեք դեզոդորանտներ կամ էլ միջոցներ քրտինքի դեմ: Ոտքերի, ինչպես նաև մարմնի մյուս մասերի համար նախատեսված դեզոդորանտները պարունակում են հակամանրէային նյութեր: Նրանցից ոմանք դադարեցնում են քրտնարտադրությունը (անտիպերսպիրանտներ), մյուսները վերացնում են հոտը, որն առաջանում է այնտեղ գտնվող մանրէների բազմացման արդյունքում, երրորդները վերացնում են հոտը և դադարեցնում քրտնարտադրությունը միաժամանակ:

Այս միջոցները կիրառելուց հետո պետք է պահպանել ոտքերի հիգիենան: Հագեք գուլպաներ, որոնք թույլ են տալիս ձեր մաշկին շնչել: Որոշ մասնագետներ խորհուրդ են տալիս բուրդ կամ բամբակ, մյուսները` ակրիլ: Հնարավորության դեպքում փոխեք ձեր գուլպաները օրվա ընթացքում առնվազն մեկ անգամ: Կարևոր է նաև կոշիկը: Հաստ ռետինից կամ սինթետիկ նյութերից պատրաստված կոշիկներ մի՛ գնեք, քանի որ դրանք թույլ չեն տալիս, որպեսզի օդափոխվի և նպաստում են մանրէների բազմացմանը: Քրտնարտադրության հետ կապված է նաև սննդակարգը: Այնպիսի բանջարեղեններ, ինչպիսիք են սխտորը, սոխը, պղպեղը, կարող են ուժգնացնել ոտքերի վատ հոտը: Մթերքի ամենափոքր մասը, որն ունի ուժեղ հոտ, արյան մեջ շրջանառվելուց հետո, օրգանիզմից հեռանում է քրտնագեղձերի միջոցով: Նման մթերքի օգտագործումը կխանգարի լուծել ձեր խնդիրը:
